1.Communicationnetworksarearrangementsofhardwareandsoftwarethatallowuserstoexchangeinformation.Thisverybroaddefinitionwillhelpyoubeginlearningaboutoneofthefastest-growingareasinelectricalengineeringandcomputerscience.Onceweexaminesomecommoncommunicationnetworks,wewilldevelopamoreprecisedefinition.Wewillelaborateontheimportanceofthisfield.
