1.Purpose

Toprovideastandardattendancemanagementprocess,andensureattendancedatatoberecordedaccuratelyandmaintainedproperly.

2.Scope

a.Employeesfailtopunchcardduetoirresistibleforce,forexample,powercut;

b.anemployeeloseshis/hericcardorhis/hericcardisdamaged;

c.anemployeefailstopunchcardforotherreasons.

7.Leave

Employeesisentitledtounpaidleave,sickleave,marriageleave,funeralleave,annualleave,work-relatedinjuryleave,maternityleave,breastfeedingleaveandpaternityleave.Employeescantakeleavetohandlepersonalaffairs,thekindofleaveisunpaid.:

anemployeeisentitledtopaidsickleaveifheorshecanprovidemedicalcertificatewrittenbythedoctorofthehospitalattownlevelorabove.Thelengthofpaidsickisdeterminedbyhisorherlengthofserviceatthecompany.Thereare15daysifhis/herlengthofserviceislessthan1year;extra15dayswillbegivenfromthesecondyear,butthemaximumisnomorethan90days.Thepayforsickleaveisnolessthan80%oflocalminimumwage.anemployeeisentitledtowork-relatedinjuryleaveduringtreatmentandrecoveryperiod,,thisisafullpaidleave.newYear’sday(1day)

8.authorityofapproval

ingeneral,anytypesofleaveshallbeapprovedwithsubmissionofleaveapplicationbeforehand.ifanemployeeisunabletosubmitleaveapplicationinadvanceduetoemergency,heorsheshouldcontacttheirsupervisorandgetoralapproval,andthen

submitleaveapplicationforwrittenapprovalwithin3daysafterthefirstdayofleave.SupervisorisauthorizedtoapproveLeaveapplicationoflessthan3days.Leaveof3daysoraboveshallbeapprovedbyHRdepartmentmanager.

9.Recordkeeping

第一章总则chapter1GeneralProvision

第一条

为规范员工管理,切实保障公司及员工利益,根据有关法律法规,结合公司实际情况,特制定本制度。

Theruleismadebasedonthecompanysituationincompliancewithrelevantlawsinpurposeofstandardizingadministrationofmanagementandsafeguardingtheinterestsofbothcompanyandstaffs.

第二条

第二章细则

第一节考勤打卡规范/normofattendance第三条

所有员工上下班必须按规定打卡,包括中途请假、停产、出差、培训等(应于中途下班时刷卡)。

Staffmustpunchcardwhenonandoffduty.inthehalfwayduringworkingtime,ifstaffaskleave(includeleaving,goingoutforbusiness,training,productionshutdown),theymustpunchwhenleavethecompany.第四条第五条

委托他人代打卡的或打卡后实际未到岗的,视其情节酌情惩处;代打卡者并同惩处。

正常出勤无刷卡记录,补办考勤证明的审批规定:

第二节迟到、早退/Latenessandtardy

凡公司员工在工作时间开始后打卡者为迟到;

迟到、早退月累计超过三十分钟,不足一小时,扣除当月全勤奖奖金,并按0.5天事假处理;

迟到、早退月累计一小时及以上,不足四小时,扣除当月全勤奖奖金,并按旷工0.5天处理;

迟到、早退月累计四小时及以上,不足八小时,扣除当月全勤奖奖金,按旷工1天处理。

超过八小时,按具体旷工时数累加。

第三节旷工/absenteeism

第十条

公司员工如有下列情形之一,均以旷工处理:

1)未请假或请假未批准,不到公司上班;

noleaveapplicationorleaveapplicationisnotapproved,whilenotcomeonduty;2)用不正当手段骗取、涂改、伪造休假证明;offeruntrueevidencetoapplyforleave;

3)在工作上不服从上级领导的合理安排,煽动其他员工举行怠工、罢工;
