PSEU
PSEUPROXIMITYSELECTELECTRONICUNIT
(近进电门电子组件)
空地系统为很多系统提供空地离散信号,而PSEU属于空地系统一部分,它通过其它系统的位置传感器和电门状态来收集信号,同时控制空地继电器。
PSEU控制以下系统/组件:
起落架转换活门Landinggeartransfervalve
起落架位置指示及警告Landinggearpositionindicatingandwarning
减速板伸出琥珀色灯控制Speedbrakedeployedindication
起飞警告Takeoffwarning
门警告Doorwarning
空地继电器Air/groundrelays
起落架转换活门可以让B液压系统收起起落架,起落架位置指示及警告指示起落架状态或提醒不安全状态,当地面扰流板伸展在不安全的位置时减速伸出指示器将使SPEEDBRAKESEXTENDED琥珀色灯亮,起飞警告为音频警告,门警告显示门状态。
TheamberPSEUlightcomesonwheneitherair/groundsystemisinoverridemode.Thelightisalsousedforfaultindication.
两主起落架压缩传感器向空地系统提供支撑柱压力位置信号
Thetargetsarenearthesensorswhenthemainlandinggearshockstrutcompressesandtheairplaneisontheground.Thissendssignalstotheair/groundsystemsintheproximityswitchelectronicunit(PSEU).ThePSEUdetectsthechangeinsensorinductanceandconsidersthesensorstatusastargetnear.Ifthetargetisoutsidethesensingrange,thestatusofthesensorissettotargetfar.
IfthePSEUdetectsafailedsensor,thesensorstatusissettotargetfar.
PSEU在前设备舱YougetaccesstothePSEUthroughtheaccessdooronthebottomontheairplane,forwardofthenoselandinggearwheelwell.
PSEU是航线可更换组件,包括两个内部电路和一个前部自测试面板,面板下方的红灯指示空地系统的空中模式。
其有以下7个电子接口:
系统1的J1-J4;系统2的J5-J7。
其在空地系统中的主要功能有:
1.监控起落架压力传感器2.操作空地继电器3.传送空地离散信号除此之外还有以下功能:
1.起落架位置指示与警告2.起落架传输活门控制3.起落架未放下警告4.减速伸出琥珀色灯控制5.起飞音频警告6.门警告

AgroundisprovidedforthePSEUwhentheautothrottleswitchpacksarelessthan53degrees.
IfthePSEUsensesanon-dispatchablefault,theamberPSEUlightontheP5panelcomeson30secondsafterlandingwhenboththrustleversarelessthan53degrees.AsignalisalsosenttothemastercautioncardintheFlightRecorderandMachAirspeedWarningmoduleforaPSEUfault.
ThePSEUfaultlightgoesoffwhenthefaultiscorrected
当飞机落地30秒后且所有油门杆角度小于53度时,PSEU琥珀色灯亮为一个不可放行的错误。
同时有个信号传至飞行记录器和马赫配平模块指示一个PSEU错误。
IfthePSEUsensesadispatchablefault,theamberPSEUlightontheP5panelcomeson30secondsafterlanding,whenthrustleversarelessthan53degrees.ThePSEUfaultlightgoesoffwhentheenginesareshutdownortheparkingbrakeisset,eventhoughthedispatchablefaultmaystillbepresent.PSEUBITEdisplaymustbecheckedfortheexistingfault.
Inputsfromthesystem1sensorsgotosystem1intheproximityswitchelectronicsunit(PSEU),andinputsfromsystem2sensorsgotosystem2inthePSEU.BothsystemswithinthePSEUshareinformationthroughacommonbus.
Twolandinggearcompressedsensorsoneachlandinggearsendair/groundpositiontothePSEU.ThePSEUprocessesthesignalsfromthecompressedsensors,operatestheair/groundrelays,andsendstheseoutputstoairplanesystems:
▪Groundmode
▪Airmode
▪Leftgearongroundmode(system1only)
▪Rightgearongroundmode(system2only)
▪Nosegearongroundmode
▪Parkingbrakesetonground(system1only).
System1onlysendsparkingbrakeset,andongroundsignalstothevoicerecorder.Thisletsyouerasethevoicerecorderwhentheparkingbrakeissetandtheairplaneisontheground.
Youcanchangetheoutputofeachair/groundsystemwiththeAIR/GNDOVRDfunctiononthePSEUBITE.Theair/groundsysteminairredlightsandPSEUamberlightcomeonwhenthesystemisintheairmode.
TheBITEdoesnotoperatewhentheforwardaccessdoorisclosed.
ThePSEUsensestheairplaneisinoperationasopposedtomaintenancewhenalltheeightentry,access,serviceandcargodoorsareclosedoreitherengineisrunning.
ThePSEUamberlightontheP5aftoverheadpanelcomesonwhenano-dispatchtypeoffaultisstoredinthememoryofthePSEU.Thelightcomesonwhentheseoccur:
▪Airplaneontheground
▪Boththrustleverslessthan53degrees
▪Morethan30secondsafterlanding.
ThePSEUlightalsocomesonwhenyoupusheitherMASTERCAUTIONlightifadispatchablefaultisstoredinthememoryofthePSEU.ThePSEUthengoesoffwhenyoupushtheMASTERCAUTIONlight.ThePSEUlightalsocomesonifadispatchablefaultisstoredinthememoryofthePSEU.ThePSEUlightwillautomaticallygooffwheneithertheparkingbrakeissetorbothenginesareturnedoff.

TheNVMkeepsdataforthelast64flightlegsoramaximumof256failures.Flightleg0isthecurrentflightleg.Flightleg63isthelastleg.Faultsinflightleg0arefaultsthatoccurredduringthemostrecentflightandthefaultsthatoccurredonthegroundafterthemostrecentflight.TheflightlegstartswhentheairplanegoesfromthegroundtotheairandtheN2enginespeedsignalshowsenginenumberoneoperates.

更换测试REPLACETEST
更换测试进行PSEU的内部自测以及PSEU的相关接口测试,测试过程中需按手册对飞机系统或部件进行操作
更换测试中出现的故障代码及信息在当前故障页面中显示
•自测试SELFTEST
自测试对PSEU本身进行检测,自测试中出现的故障代码及信息同样显示在当前故障页面中
•起落架转换活门测试LGTVTEST
起落架转换活门测试是对起落架转换活门的操作测试,该测试使用主用和备用通道对活门进行操作
若活门作动正常则无故障信息显示,测试通过,否则故障信息显示在当前故障页面中
•速度刹车测试SPDBRKTEST
速度刹车测试显示当前状态下控制琥珀色SPEEDBRAKESEXTENDED指示灯的各个输入变量
若各输入变量正常则测试通过且无故障信息显示,否则显示INTERNALFAULTS
•起飞警告测试T/OWARNTEST
起飞警告测试显示当前状态下起飞警告系统的各个输入变量
若各输入变量正常则测试通过且无故障信息显示,否则显示INTERNALFAULTS
•显示测试DISPLAYTEST
显示测试对BITE界面上的各个显示单元进行逐一测试,测试完毕后显示DISPLAYTEST?
TheT/OWARNREPORTfunctionletsyouseewhichconditionscausedthemostrecenttakeoffwarning.
目前737NG飞机可以使用的PSEU主要有两种件号:
285A1600-5和285A1600-4.由于两种件号PSEU灯亮的逻辑不一样,这里分别说明。
(注意:
被锁定的历史故障也会点亮PSEU灯,类似于当前故障)
1)件号为285A1600-4:
a)当系统检测到有可以放行的故障时,在飞机着陆后30S,双发油门小于53度并且按压主警告牌。
那么PSEU灯点亮;再按压主警告灯可以复位。
即:
如故障没有排除,飞机再次推出时机组会反映有可以复位的PSEU故障。
b)当系统检测到有不可以放行的故障时,在飞机着陆后30S,双发油门小于53度,那么PSEU灯点亮,再按压主警告灯不可以复位
2)件号为285A1600-5:
a)当系统检测到有可以放行的故障时,在飞机着陆后30S,双发油门小于53度那么PSEU灯直接点亮;双发关车并且停留刹车刹上,PSEU灯熄灭。
即:
如故障没有排除,飞机直到下个起降的着陆后才有可能会再点亮故障灯。
b)当系统检测到有不可以放行的故障时,在飞机着陆后30S,双发油门小于53度那么PSEU灯直接点亮;双发关车并且停留刹车刹上也不能够使PSEU灯熄灭。
3.PSEU灯亮的保留措施(分三种情况):
1)PSEU灯亮,按压主警告牌能够复位即能熄灭PSEU灯。
那么直接按照C类保留就可以了。
2)PSEU灯亮,按压主警告牌不能够复位即不能熄灭PSEU灯,要求在PSEU灯处贴失效标牌
3)PSEU灯指示失效,包括不能点亮PSEU灯
对于2)和3)要求查看PSEU的具体当前故障信息,来确定是否能够做保留。
为了做当前故障检查,到前电子设备舱接近PESU自检面板。
按压ON/YES按钮,屏幕将显示EXISTINGFAULTS?
再按压YES按钮。
此时屏幕显示当前的故障信息,只要逐项记录信息代码就可以了;如没有故障信息,屏幕会显示NOFAULTS。
而查找的结果一般有这么几种:
a)无任何故障信息NOFAULTS此时可按MEL32-17保留
b)出现状态信息32-64003DISPATCHFAULT此时可按MEL32-17保留;若故障信息出现32-62009/32-62010/32-62014中的任意一条,那么按照MEL32-21保留
c)出现状态信息32-64004NODISPFAULT此时不可以保留;若故障信息同
