eitisgoingtobealotworseunlessthereissomekindofadaptation,”saidProfessorNaylor.“Thisisapowerfulreasonforustoinvest(投资)inadaptation,becauseitisclearthatthisisthedirectionwearegoingintermsoftemperatureanditwilltakedecadestodevelopnewfoodcropvarietiesthatcanbetterbearawarmerclimate.”
