First,thedefinitionofquality

"Quality"entriesinthedictionarytoexplainis:

thenatureofthe1,2,wasselfexplanatory;referstopeople'sliteracy;3,psychologyreferstothehumannervoussystemandsenseorgansontheinnatecharacteristics.

Intoday'sreallife,people'sunderstandingofqualityfromperceptualknowledgereferstopeople'sworkability,workskills,culturallevel,ordinaryspeech,behavior,behavioraccomplishmentandspiritualrealm.Aspeople'sperceptualknowledgeoflife,butalsobecausethetheoryisnotclear,sopeopletalkaboutquality.Andtheacademiahasalsoformedthetheoryofubiquitin.

Thedefinitionofhumanqualitypotentialconsistsofthefollowingfouraspects:

1,theinherentqualityofthehumannatureoftheprovisionsandtheamountofregulation.

2.Theunityofhealth,physicalability,wisdom,knowledgeandaccomplishment.

3,theabilitytoparticipateinsocialpracticeandqualityevolution.

4,theunityofthebeautyofmindandthebeautyofbehavior.

However,whenthedefinitionofqualitytendstoemphasizeindividualityandautonomy,thedefinitionofqualitybecomesrelativeatthesametime.Adams(Adams),whensumminguptheconceptofquality,alsooutlinedthesecharacteristics.Hepointedoutthatthequalityofthedefinitionincludesthefollowingpoints:

Two,researchandenhancethequalityofhumanvaluesandsignificance

Amongtheelementsofproductiveforcessystem,humanqualityisthemostdynamicandcreativefactor.Humanqualityplaysasubjectiverole,leadingroleanddecisiveroleintheproductiveforcessystem.

Thesubjectiveroleofhumanqualityinthesocialproductiveforcesliesintheneedsofthehumansubject,whichincludesmaterialandspiritual.Whenthehumansubjectneedstobemotivated,itisnecessarytopaythenecessarylaboraccordingtothequalityofthesubjecttomeettheneedsofthesubject.Thewholeprocessofthisneedandsatisfactionisalmostentirelyaccomplishedbythequalityofthesubject.Fromageneralpointofview,lowqualityabilityisimpossibletomeettheneedsoftranscendence.Lowqualitypeoplecanonlyproducelowgradematerialproductsandspiritualproducts.Althoughthequalityofhumanbeingshassubjectiveinitiative,thequalitypotentialisobjectiveexistence,anditssubjectiveinitiativeisboundtobeobjectivelycontrolledbythequalitypotential.Therefore,onlybyimprovingthequalityandenhancingthesubjectiveconditionsofhumaninitiativecanpeopleenhancetheirsubjectivity.

Theleadingroleofhumanqualityinthesocialproductiveforcesisfirstmanifestedintheselectionandcontroloftheobjectsoflaborandthemeansofproduction.Whatkindofqualitypotentialhasaleadingrole,itisimpossibletoproducebeyondtheactualqualityoftheleadingability.Primitivepeople,forexample,areneverabletohandlemodernmachinesanddonotusecomputers.Atthesametime,theleadingroleofhumanqualityalsoincludesdirectionalityandpurpose.Allsocialbehaviorandlaborcreationofhumanbeingsarebasedontheleadingroleofhumanqualitypotential,andhaveadirectionandpurpose.

Practicehasprovedthatpeople'squalityalsoplaysadecisiveroleintheproductiveforcessystem.

Becausethequalityoflaborandthevaluecreatedisproportionaltothebasic.Thereismuchpotentialqualitymaycreatemuchwealth.Intheancientandprimitivesociety,ourancestorsofgreatapesarealmostqualityanimalinstincts,usesticks,stones,andanimalfightingtogetfood.Thisprovesthatapesqualitydeterminestheapescanonlyusesticksandstonesofthissimpleproductiontools.Intheeraofagriculturaleconomy,peoplegetridoftheanimaltoagreatextent,theculture,theadvancedproductionandtechnologyoffarming.Afteralonghistoryofhumandevelopment,fromagriculturaleconomytoindustrialeconomy,andfromindustrialeconomytoknowledgeeconomy.Eachofthesechangesineconomicformthatimprovethequalityofhumanbeingsandhumanprogress,orcontinuouslyimprovingthequalitydeterminesthelevelofproductivityisalsoalevelofincrease.

Themainfunctionandtaskofthestudyofhumanquality,istheunderstandingandanalysisofpeople'squality,andimprovethequalityofhumanbody,improveintheproductivityanddominantrole.Narrowbetweencountriesandbetweenregions,betweenthenationallevelofproductivitygap,promotethecommondevelopmentofhumanproductivity.Thisisthemaximumvalueandsignificanceofthestudyofhumanquality.

Thestudyofhumanqualitytothequalityofeducationastheeducationconcept,establishandperfectthequalityeducationsystemandmode.Thequalityeducationcompletelyforthesakeofhumansociety,fromthenametothereal,fromknowledgetopracticeshouldbeconsideredtoparticipateinthesociety,howtoadapttothesociety.Exercisepeople'sphysicalquality,improvepeople'sphysicalfitness.Peoplecanadapttothenaturalenvironment.Thetrainingofself-careabilityandtheabilitytoliveindependently,cultivatepeople'spsychologicalendurance.Tocultivatepeoplemasterthevariousaspectsoflaborskillstraining,socialskills.Inadditiontoqualityeducationtocultivatepeople'sgeneralsocialsurvivalability,canalsoaccordingtotheneedsofindustry,occupationorsocialdevelopment,cultivatepeople'sself-defense,self-helpabilityandstraincapacityunderspecialcircumstancesandothernecessaryskills.Thequalityofeducationtocultivatepeople'sabilitytosurvivewiththethreelevelsofMaslow'shierarchyofneeds,namelythephysiologicalneeds,securityneedsandsocialneedsneedsthreelevels.Thisisthebasicguaranteetoimprovethequalityoflife,thepursuitofhighervalue,onlyinpeoplegetlowlevelsofsurvivalneeds,itmaybethepursuitofahigherlevelofdevelopment.

ThequalityeducationadvocatedbythestudyofhumanqualityisparticularlyimportantinChina,becausethetraditionaleducationshouldnotonlyinstillknowledge,comprehensiveability,soitshouldbeeducationmodeinthecontemporarytalentisdifficulttoadapttothedevelopmentofmarketeconomyandthefuture.Studentsoutofschooltoenterthesocietyofindependentsurvival,immediatelyfacedsurvivalcrisisandconfusion.

Therefore,thestudyofhumanqualityeducationistocultivatepeople'ssurvivalability.

Thestudyofhumanqualityistoimprovethehumanpotential,whentheperson'spotentialtoimprove,expandingtheabilitytoadapttothenaturalenvironmentandpeople'sabilitytoadapttothesocialenvironment.Reducealotoftroublesandpaincausedbythelowqualityofsurvivaldifficultiesanddifficultiesoflifetoaddalotofjoyandhappylife.
