The idea of “a green campus” is beyond a green environment. To begin with, the development on the campus is to be sustainable and recyclable. Some of the authorities’ budget should be on how to reduce of the waste. What’s more, we’d better be aware of the seriousness of pollution around us. Thus the idea of environmental protection may become a common occurrence in our daily life.

Due Attention Should be Given to Spelling 

Correct spelling is a basic skill in English study. However, nowadays many students do not pay much attention to it. 

They have their own reasons for misspelling. First of all, they like an easy way of studying, which causes some omissions and changes in spelling. Second, the teachers might not be very strict in students’ spelling. In China, teachers seem to be more concerned with grammar and vocabulary but not spelling. To change this situation, in my opinion, the teachers and the students should work together. On one hand, the teachers should give more attention to students’ spelling, asking the students to be conscious of the importance of correct spelling from the very beginning of their English study. On the other hand, the students themselves are supposed to be aware that correct spelling is a must in English study.

There is no denying the fact that independence plays an increasingly important part in our daily life and we can’t help asking such a question:

To begin with, it is imperative that parents provide opportunities to children and allow them to participate in the social games which contribute to the independence of the children. What’s more, under the excessive care and protection of parents, these children are lack of the ability to overcome the difficulties that abound in their real life. Therefore, it’s a must for parents to cultivate the independence which helps their children easily conquer and frustration and depression.

Online Shopping 

With the help of the ever rapid development of internet technology, online shopping is coming into fashion in most of cities. 

Online shopping is welcomed by most people due to various reasons. From the perspective of consumer, it can save some time for people who don’t have much spare time. Just click the mouse, they can get whatever they want while staying at home. For the retailers, it can cut some costs for those who don’t have much circulating funds. They don’t have to rent a house and spend money on employees compared with the traditional trade mode. However, there are still some defects in online shopping. First, lack of face to face deal makes online shopping less reliable and trustworthy. Second, people will lose the fun of bargain. It is undeniable that shopping on the internet has become an irresistible trend in modern society. It’s of great urgency that we need to regulate the relative laws accordance with the rapid growth of online shopping. Only in this way can we enjoy the pleasure and convenience of online shopping without the concern of being treated.

Nothing Succeeds Without a Strong Will 

Nothing runs smoothly in our life. To achieve things successfully, a strong will is essential. Life is like a Marathon. Many people can’t get to the terminal. This is not because they are lack of vitality but because their will of success is not strong enough. 

To take quitting smoking as an example, some regard it as a piece of cake. They make up their minds to quit it in the morning, but int he evening they feel that the smell of cigarettes is tempting. Their throats are sore, their mouths are thirsty, and their hands are shaking. After the painful mental struggle, they tell themselves that “One cigarette is enough. Just take one, and the next day I will quit it.” By doing this, they surrender to their weak will. In the end, they have quitted smoking “a hundred times”, but in no time they succeed. 

Just like quitting smoking, nothing succeeds without a strong will. To be successful in one’s life, a strong will means that you know where you go and you will persist on the road you choose. Undoubtedly success belongs to those who overcome their weak will and who hang in there until the
