一.编制综合说明

我公司认真、仔细地阅读了工程招标文件及相关资料,针对工程的施工特点,依据我公司在工业厂房和钢结构施工中所积累的丰富施工经验,提出如下目标:

1.工程施工目标:

1.1.工程施工质量目标:

工程质量等级为合格;杜绝重大结构性质量事故,消除一般性质量通病;工程技术资料严格按部颁要求,达到齐全、正确、工整、同步。

1.2.工程施工工期目标:

施工工期确保173日历天竣工(含养护时间)。

1.3.工程安全施工目标:

杜绝重伤及人身死亡事故;杜绝重大机械设备事故;杜绝负主要责任的重大交通事故;杜绝火灾事故。

1.4.工程文明施工目标:

确保文明施工,争创文明工地。

1.5.治安保卫目标:

确保工程建设正常进行,不发生治安、刑事案件。

2.编制依据:

2.1.《工程招标文件》;

2.2.《工程招标答疑回复》;

2.3.国家现行有关施工验收规范、质量评定标准及操作规程、技术标准;

2.4.本公司《质量保证体系》、《质量体系程序文件》、《ISO14000环境管理体系及程序文件》。

2.5.本公司企业标准(技术标准、管理标准、工作标准)。

3.编制说明:

3.1.编制本设计的目的在于执行招标文件的规定,为该工程总体施工提供较完整的纲领性文件,旨在指导施工全过程。

3.2.中标后,将按建设单位及公司规定,及时编制施工阶段施工组织总设计送审,确保优质、高效、安全、文明地完成该工程建设任务。

二.工程概况:

1.概述:

1.1.工程名称:

博州广电传媒中心

1.2.工程地点:

博乐市北京南路西侧,大庆路南侧。

1.3.工程建设规模:

总建筑面积约8648.79m2。

1.4.建设单位:

博州广电局

1.5.设计单位:

新疆建筑设计研究院

1.6.监理单位:

新疆卓越监理公司

2.工程设计概况:

2.1.建筑结构设计:

1)本工程图纸尺寸除注明外,一律以毫米为单位,总平面图以米为单位,墙身防潮层均设在室内地坪-0.020米处,用1:

2水泥砂浆(内掺5%防水剂)满铺30厚。

2)外墙:

±0.00以下用240厚MU10实心粘土砖,M7.5水泥砂浆砌筑,±0.00以上用200厚加气混凝土块,M5混合砂浆砌筑。

3)地面:

地坪:

素土夯实,100厚C15混凝土垫层,200厚C20混凝土随捣随压光。

钢结构,钢筋混凝土整体浇筑层,30厚1:

2.5水泥砂浆面层。

4).建筑物耐火等级为二级,本工程生产的火灾危险性为丁类。

5).基础工程:

所有砼强度均为C30,柱采用C40,垫层为C15砼。

2.2.主体钢结构设计:

(1)钢构件采用Q345钢,性能应符合GB1591-88规定;

(2)连接使用10.9级高强度大六角头螺栓,强度符合国标GB/T3632-1995规定;连接构件接触面采用喷砂处理,摩擦系数不得小于0.45。

(3)焊条采用E5016,自动焊用焊丝J431焊剂,所有焊缝(除注明外)hf=8mm高;

(4)梁柱采用自动焊接,所有焊接构件除对接焊缝二级检查外,其他未特别注明焊缝均按三级焊缝检查

(5)钢构件需喷砂除锈,除锈等级达到Sa2.5级;

(6)油漆:

刷防锈漆二遍,再刷面漆二遍。

(7)屋面排水坡度为10%;

3.本工程有如下几个主要特点:

(1)本工程涉及土建、钢结构、水电安装等专业,故要及时协调,统筹安排。

(2)本工程质量要求高,必须选择经验丰富的作业承包队及施工管理人员,针对关键质量控制点,制定详尽的质量计划及质量管理细则并坚决贯彻执行

(3)钢结构工程为多层钢结构,柱顶标高10.2M和12.3M二种,钢结构由H型钢钢柱、屋面梁,柱间支撑及其屋面支撑C型和檩条等构件组成,屋面梁跨度18M和24M,分三段制作,高强度螺栓连接,屋面采用双层彩板中夹玻璃棉,玻璃棉厚度为50mm。

(4)钢结构构件均可在工厂采用自动化生产线加工完成,施工现场用高强螺栓连接,减少了焊接工作量,使进度和质量得到完全保证。

(5)本工程施工点多,交叉作业多,屋面系统,大型钢结构安装均需吊装,因此,必须合理安排吊装顺序,特别要抓好材料采购、构件预制和结构吊装之间的衔接配合,确保施工进度和质量。

3.施工部署

1.指导思想:

发挥一级建筑安装施工企业管理和技术装备优势,信守合同,竭诚服务,以“优质、高速、高效”为整体工程施工的出发点和归宿点并贯穿施工的全过程,精心组织,精心施工,为车间工程建设作出应有的贡献。

2.部署原则:

2.1.目标管理原则

按招标文件综合说明中所确定的各项要求制定工程施工目标,合理配置并确保投入生产诸要素,实现预定目标。

2.2.程序管理原则

本工程遵循“先地下、后地上,先结构、后围护,±0.00m以下一次施工完成”的施工规律及施工程序。

2.3.过程控制原则

本工程在施工管理过程中将自始自终坚持“五化”,即“质量管理全面化”、“计划管理网络化”、“技术管理规范化”、“安全文明生产标准化”、“成本核算经常化”,使工程质量、安全、进度始终受控。

按部门控制式成立“车间工程项目经理部”,现场组织管理机构如下图。

3.2.技术组织部署

由项目总工任组长,施工员、质量员及参与施工的班组组长为成员组成项目技术攻关小组,积极推广应用建筑业新技术,提高工程施工技术含量,以施工工艺确保施工质量达到预定目标。

4.物资部署

4.1材料采购

严格实施公司ZEJB2.003-1999《采购程序》,根据不同施工阶段所需材料要求的不同设立材料科,建立管理体系及检测体系,专项管理材料采购工作。

根据工程总进度编制所需材料计划,分轻重缓急,保质保量供应。

材料采购、运输贮存按ZEJZB2.003-1999控制。

4.3.施工机械配备计划表(具体见附件)

5.关键工期控制节点部署

对建筑物开工及竣工日期予以明确,各工序绝对施工时间均以此为准进行倒排,合理安排搭接施工工序,确保关键工期控制点准点完成。

6.关键质量控制点部署

根据施工质量总目标,编制整个工程工程施工质量总策划,经公司审核、批准后作为质量控制纲领性文件。

工程开工前,依据施工质量总策划编制单位工程施工质量策划,明确每个单位施工质量目标及质量控制标准和作业标准。

对于影响分部工程质量的关键部位或环节,设置施工质量控制点,以加强对其进行质量控制。

本工程质量控制关键部位为建筑物定位放线、钢结构预埋螺杆埋设、钢结构制作、钢结构吊装,模板施工细部处理等。

7.安全文明施工控制点部署

1)基础施工期;2)建筑物钢结构制作工期;3)安装施工期;4)扫尾施工期。

以上各施工期,必须根据施工特点,分阶段建立安全、文明施工管理网络,针对结构吊装,高空坠落、机械和电气设施操作及防护,产品保护、土建与安装配合等采取强有力的针对性预防措施。

4.施工准备工作

1.技术准备

1.1.检查规划红线桩,引出控制桩,建立现场测量控制网,并且校核,做到准确无误。

1.2.组织图纸学习和图纸会审,进行图纸设计交底,做好钢结构预埋螺杆埋设、薄腹屋面梁预制及吊装、钢结构吊装等施工技术交底。

 1.3.编制施工图预算,做好供材分析,提出各种材料的需求量汇总表。

  1.4.编制各分部分项工程的施工组织设计,编制好各分部分项工程工艺卡。

  1.5.组织人员落实好原材料的订购计划和供应计划,做好大型屋面板外加工供求计划及相应的各类技术文件。

1.6.制订施工进度网络计划,标明关键线路,将主要责任落实到人,保证关键工序的顺利进行,使网络计划圆满地进行下去。

2.现场准备

2.1.熟悉规划场地,组织前期施工人员进场,解决进场交通路口问题。

2.2.铺设现场临时道路,搭设临时设施,安排施工人员、机械、机具、设备,进场,将机具安排到专人负责,确保机械设备能正常投入运营。

  2.3.敷设现场临时供水管线。

2.3.1根据一般施工经验,本工程现场高峰用水在砼浇筑和养护期间,经查类似工程的施工用水为1L/S,施工机械用水量0.25L/S,施工现场生活用水量0.25L/S,合计总用水量为1.5L/S,取流速为1.5M/S

2.3.2主管采用Dg40管材,由水源接入口引出,各用水点支线用Dg25镀锌管接出。

2.4敷设现场施工临时用电线路。

2.4.1本工程现场设置一只总配电箱,由触电保护器和空气开关控制,内设总闸刀和插座。

供电线路采用“三相五线”制,每区设立分配电箱,做到一机一闸,所有配电箱为铁壳,并上锁,并且做好接地保护,符合安全生产需要。

  2.4.2本工程用电施工方案依照《国家TGJ46-88施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》。

  2.4.3本工程施工用电量计算

根据一般施工经验,结合现场机械使用情况(详见机械设备计划表),施工高峰期用电量为:

∑P1=49.75KW∑P2=125KW

P=1.05×(K1×∑P1/COSΦ+K2×∑P2)×1.1=1.05×(49.75×0.5/
