Abstract
Constructionprogresswasoneofthethreeobjectivesoftheprojectwhichisanimportantcomponentofprojectmanagement.Reasonable,scientific,efficiencyofprojectconstructionscheduleisthekeytoachievetheprojectobjectivescontrol.Onlyduringthepreparationstage,stageofprogressoftheprogrammerdesignstage,plansandimplementationofconstructionandotherlinks,takingfullaccountofthefavorablefactors,rationalcoordinationoflimitedresources,caneventuallyachievetheprogressrequiredbythetarget,tocreateadvaneed,civilizationandconstructionprocessandlayasolidmaterialfoundation.

1.Attachesgreatimportancetoprojectconstructionpreparation
Projectpreparationisanimportantcomponentofconstructionproduction,anditisintendedtoprojectgoals,resourcesupplyandselectionofconstructionplan,spatiallayoutandthevariousaspectsoftimeandmanpowerarrangement.Italsoisthefundamentalguaranteeforthesmoothconductofcivilengineeringconstructionandequipmentinstallation.Therefore,preparingcarefullyfortechnicalbeforeconstruction,materials,labororganizationspreparationandover-the-counterpreparationsforconstructionsitepreparation,hasanimportanteffectonrationalsupplyingresourcestospeeduptheconstructionspeed,improvingprojectqualityensuringconstructionsafetyandwinningsocialreputation.To
strengthentheprojectprogresscontrol,youmustattachgreatimportaneetotheprojectpreparation,preparationbeforeconstruction.
2.Deploymentandconstructionofconstructionprogramming

4.Preparationofprojectschedule
