1.Introduction
Thepurposeofthisdocumentistodefineallproceduralmattersrelatingtothedesign,procurementandconstructionoftheproject.ThisdocumentshouldbereadinconjunctionwiththeUniversityofLeedsProjectManagerHandbook.
TheProjectExecutionPlan（PEP）ispreparedbytheProjectManagerinconsultationwiththeclientandtheProjectteam.Itdescribesthegeneralprocedurestobeadoptedbytheclientandtheteamfortheproject.
ThePEPisnotastaticdocument.Itshouldberegularlyupdatedbyeachteammember,althoughallrevisionswillbeissuedthroughtheProjectManagertoretainanelementofcontrol.
TheobjectivesofthePEParetoachievetheclient’srequirementsintermsoftime,costandqualityvia:
