RonClark's55classroomrules
Rule1:
Whenrespondingtoanyadult,youmustanswerbysaying"Yesma'am"or"Nosir."Justnoddingyourheadorsayinganyotherformofyesornoisnotacceptable.
1、与年夜人应对,要有礼貌,有分寸.回答问题时,总是要说“是的,女士”或“不,先生”,只是颔首或用其他“是”或“不是”的表达都不成.
Rule2:
Makeeyecontact.Whensomeoneisspeaking,keepyoureyesonhimorheratalltimes.Ifsomeonemakesacomment,turnandfacethatperson.
2、与人互动,眼睛要看着对方的眼睛; 要知道视线接触的重要性.如果有人在说话,眼睛要一直注视着说话的人;如果有另外人发表意见,则要转过身去,正对着那个人.
Rule3:
Ifsomeoneintheclasswinsagameordoessomethingwell,wewillcongratulatethatperson.Claspsshouldbeatleastthreesecondsinlengthwiththefullpartofbothhandsmeetinginamannerthatwillgivetheappropriateclapvolume.
3、要对游戏获胜者或把某事做得特别超卓的人暗示祝贺.鼓掌至少继续3秒钟,两个手掌充沛接触,以便掌声足够响.
Rule4:
Duringdiscussions,respectotherstudents’comments,opinionsandideas.Whenpossible,makecommentslike,“IagreewithJohn,andIalsofeelthat…”or“IdisagreeSarah.ShemadeagoodpointthatIfeel…”or“IthinkVictormadeanexcellentobservation,anditmademerealizethat…”
4、在讨论问题的时候,要对其他同学的评论、观点和想法暗示尊重.要尽可能地这样说:
“我同意约翰的观点,同时我也感到……”“我分歧意沙拉的看法,尽管她抓住了问题的核心,但我觉得……”或者“我认为维可多的观察真是太精彩了,它让我意识到……”
Rule5:
Ifyouwinordowellatsomething,donotbrag.Ifyoulose,donotshowanger.Insteadsaysomethinglike,“Ireallyenjoyedthecompetition,andIlookforwardplayingwithyouagain,”or“goodgame,”ordon’tsayanythingatall.Toshowangerorsarcasm,suchas“Iwasn’tplayinghardanyway,”or“Youreallyaren’tthatgood,”showweakness.
5、自己有什么好暗示,不要炫耀,输给他人也不要生气.

Itisonlypolitetoshowothersthatyouarejustinterestedinthemastheyareinyou.
六:
如果他人问你问题,你也要回问他问题.
Rule7:
Whenyoucoughorsneezeorburp,itisappropriatetoturnyourheadawayfromothersandcoveryourmouthwiththefullpartofyourhand.Usingafistisnotacceptable.Afterward,youshouldsay,“Excuseme.”
七:
打喷嚏、咳嗽或打嗝都要说对不起.
Rule8:
Don’tsmackyourlips,rollyoureyes,orshowdisrespectwithgestures.
8、不要咂嘴、发啧啧声、转眼珠,或做出对人不敬的手势.
Rule9:
AlwayssaythankyouwhenIgiveyousomething.
九:
他人送你任何工具,都要说谢谢.
Rule10:
Whenyouaregivensomethingfromsomeone,neverinsultthatpersonbymakingnegativecommentsaboutthegiftorbyinsinuatingthatitwasn’tappreciated.Ifyoudonotsayitwithinthreesecondsafterreceivingtheitem,Iwilltakeitback.Thereisnoexcusefornotshowingappreciation.
10、接到奖品和礼物,不成以嫌弃;克拉克先生看待这种情况的法子是:
毫不犹豫地收回礼物.
Rule11:
Surpriseothersbyperformingrandomactsofkindness.Gooutofyourwaytodosomethingsurprisinglykindandgenerousforsomeoneatleastonceamonth.
十一:
用小小的贴心,为他人制造惊喜.
Rule12:
Occasionallywemaygradeeachother’spapersasagroup.Whengradingotherstudents’papers,ifyougivesomeoneanincorrectgrade,whetheritishigherorlowerthantheydeserve,theamountthegradediffersfromtheactualgradewillbedeductedfromyourpaper.Theonlymarksthatyoucanleaveonothers’papersarean“X”andthenumbertheygotcorrect.
十二:
改同学考卷时要谨慎.
Rule13:
Whenwereadtogetherinclass,youmustfollowalong.IfIcallonyoutoread,youknowexactlywhereweareandbegintoreadimmediately.
十三:
全班一起念课文时,要看着正在念的一字一句.
Rule14:
Answerallquestionswithacompletesentence.Forexample,ifthequestionasks,“What’sthecapitalofRussia?
”youshouldrespondbywriting“ThecapitalofRussiaisMoscow.”Also,inconversationswithothers,itisimportanttousecompletesentencesoutofrespectfortheperson’squestions.Forexample,ifapersonasks,“Howareyou?

十四:
以完整的句子回答所有的问题.
Rule15:
Attimesthroughouttheyear,Iwillgiverewardsforgoodbehavior,academicperformanceandotheractsworthyofpraise.Ifyoueveraskmeforareward,however,itwillnotbegiven.Itisrudetoaskifyouaregettingsomethingforgoodbehavior.Youshouldbegoodandtryyourbestbecauseyouaretryingtobetteryourself,notbecauseyouareanticipatingareward.Iusuallygivesomesortofrewardtoeveryonewhoscores100onunittests.Ifyoumake100andaskifyouaregettingsomething,noonewhomade100willbegivenanything.
十五:
不要主动讨奖品.
Rule16:
Homeworkwillbeturnedineachdayforeachsubjectbyeverystudentwithnoexception.
十六:
每天都要做完作业.
Rule17:
Youwillmakeeveryefforttobeasorganizedaspossible.Whenweareintransitionfromonesubjecttotheother,thechangewillbeswift,quietandorderly.Weshouldbeconsistentlyabletoturnfromonebooktoanother,completewithallhomeworkandnecessarymaterials,asquicklyaspossible.Theopportuneamountoftimetospendintransitionshouldbelesstenseconds,andwewillworktowardsagoalofsevenseconds.
十七:
换科目的时候,举措要快、要宁静,要守秩序.
Rule18:
Youwillmakeeveryefforttobeasorganizedaspossible.Sharpenyourpencilbeforeschool.Youmaynotusethepencilsharpenerbetween9am-2:

18、做什么事都要有条理.

十九:
老师在指定作业的时候,不要叫苦.

二十:
另外老师来代课,也要守班规.

二十一:
课堂上发言或起身,应该讲规矩.

二十二:
不成以上课上一半,起身去倒水.
Rule23:
Quicklylearnthenamesofotherteachersintheschoolandgreetthembysayingthingslike“Goodmorning,Mrs.Byers.”or“Goodafternoon,Mrs.Gayda.Thatisaprettysweater.”(Note.Ifyouareinlinewiththerestoftheclass,youarenotallowedtospeaktotheteachersatthattimebecausetheno-talkingruleisineffect.Youshouldspeaktootherteachersifyouareenteringorleavingschool,onrecess,onanerrand,orchangingclasses.
二十三:
见到每个老师,都要说某某老师好.
Rule24:
Flushthetoiletandwashyourhandsafterusingtherestroom.Wheninapublicrestroom,getapapertowelbeforewashingyourhands.Afterwashingyourhands,usethepapertoweltoturnoffthefaucetsandtopressthedispensertogetanotherpapertoweltodryyourhands.(Orusethepapertoweltopressthebuttontostartthedryer.)Thelastthingyouwanttodoistouchareaswithcleanhandsthatothershavetouchedwithdirtyhands.
二十四:
注意洗手间的卫生,把身边的病原减到最少.
Rule25:
Wewilloftenhavevisitorstoourschool.Ifsomeoneiscomingtovisitourclass,Iwillsendtwostudentstothefrontdoorofthebuilding.Youwillhaveasignwelcomingtheperson.Whenourvisitorarrives,youwillshakehands,tellhimorherwhoyouare,andwelcomethepersontoourschool.Youwillthentakethepersononasmalltourofthebuildingbeforebringingherorhimtotheclassroom.

不要帮同学占位子.
Rule27:

二十七:
同学受罚的时候,不要看着他.
