人际关系研究提高大学生思想道

摘要

和谐社会是当代社会发展的主要潮流和主题，21世纪是一个人类交往日趋频繁、社会关系联系更加紧密的时代，大学阶段对于大学生是一个重要的成长时期，也是大学生掌握知识、探索社会的重要阶段，在这个时期，大学生的和谐人际关系交往互动非常重要，是他们能够健康成长的重要内容和基础条件。

在党中央把发展“和谐人际关系”列为社会主义和谐社会建设的目标和主要任务之一的大背景下，大学生的人际关系情况值得关注和研究。

当代大学生和谐人际关系的形成，不仅对大学生身心的健康发展有着良好的促进作用，并且可以提高大学生思想道德素质及其未来在事业上的发展都有着十分重要的意义。

大学生作为社会的一个特殊群体，面对日益激烈的竞争和强大的社会心理压力，他们应如何认识和正确处理大学生人际关系问题是对当代大学生的考验。

本文阐释了大学生人际关系理论基础，包括人际关系，大学生人际关系，以及大学生和谐人际关系。

参考了大学生和谐人际关系的相关理论，除了以马克思理论为基础外，还借鉴了一些社会学，社会心理学的基本理论，有马克思的社会交往理论，霍斯曼的社会交换理论，马斯洛的需要层次理论和戈夫曼的自我呈现理论。

对大学生人际关系进行了界定。

对大学生人际关系的特点进行了阐释。

通过对哈尔滨工业大学，中国人民大学，中国传媒大学三所高校六百名学生进行问卷及访谈，对已有的研究成果进行比较分析，阅读整理文献史料，对国内外相关理论结合分析等等研究方法，分析了90后大学生和谐人际关系的现状，发现大学生人际关系中有乐观的方面，同时也存在着很多问题，有人际交往中功利色彩突出，人际交往过于理想化；贫困生人际交往陷入困境；人际关系虚拟化，引发人际关系异常；人际交往缺乏信任，人际关系缺乏维度。

90后大学生人际交往中出现的问题是客观存在的，导致90后大学生人际关系不和谐的原因也是多方面的。

主要有家庭、学校、社会、自身等各方面的因素。

针对交往中存在的问题，以及交往问题的成因，提出解决策略，优化学校育人环境，全方位营造和谐氛围；优化家庭环境，提高人际交往能；优化社会环境，坚持正确的舆论向导；学会自我调适，完善人际认知模式。

以期引导大学生正确看待和处理人际关系，提高人际交往能力。

Abstract

Harmonioussocietyisamajorthemeofcontemporarytrendsandsocialdevelopmentinthe21stcenturyisanincreasinglyfrequenthumaninteraction，socialrelationsbecomecloserera，notonlycollegestudentsarethestageforanimportantperiodofgrowth，butalsocollegestudentstoacquireknowledge，toexploreanimportantstageofsociety，inthisperiod，harmoniousinterpersonalinteractionisveryimportantexchangesofcollegestudents，isanimportantandbasicconditionsforthemtogrowhealthy.Inthebackgroundthecentralpartyhaslistedthedevelopmentofharmonioushumanrelationsasoneoftheaimsandmaintasksofthesocialistharmonioussocietyconstruction，sohowtheirhumanrelationsdevelopisworthpayingattentiontostudy.Theformationofcontemporarycollegestudent'sharmoniousinterpersonalrelationships，notonlyforthehealthydevelopmentofcollegestudentshaveagoodroleinpromoting，andcanhaveveryimportantsignificancetoimprovetheideologicalandmoralqualitiesofcollegestudentsandtheirfuturecareerdevelopment.Collegestudentsasaspecialgroupofthesociety，inthefaceofincreasinglyfiercecompetitionandpowerfulsocialandpsychologicalpressure，theyshouldknowhowtounderstandandproperlyhandleinterpersonalrelationshipproblemsofthecontemporarycollegestudents'test.Thispaperdefinestheharmoniousinterpersonalrelationshipsofcontemporarycollegestudents，analysestheconnotationofcontemporarycollegestudentsinterpersonalrelationships，aroundthethemeofharmoniousinterpersonalrelationsofthecontemporarycollegestudents，fromtheactualsituation，dividingthetypesofinterpersonalrelationshipsofcollegestudents.Referencetotherelevanttheoriescollegeharmoniousinterpersonalrelationships,inadditiontoMarx'stheory,butalsolearnsomeofthebasictheoryofsociology,socialpsychology,thereisMarx'stheoryofsocialinteraction,Horsmansocialexchangetheory,MaslowGoffman'shierarchyofneedstheoryandthetheoryofself-presentation.BytheHarbinInstituteofTechnology, RenminUniversityofChina, CommunicationUniversityofChina, sixhundredstudents inthreeuniversities by questionnaireandinterview, comparativeanalysis ofexistingresearchresults, review thehistoricaldocuments, therelevantdomesticandinternationaltheories withresearchmethodsof analysis, currentsituation analysisofthe harmoniousinterpersonalrelationship ofpost-90sCollegeStudents, foundthat optimisticaspectsof interpersonalrelationshipsofcollegestudents, atthesametime, therearealotofproblems, thereare serious utilitarian ininterpersonalcommunication, interpersonalcommunicationistooideal; interpersonal poverty predicament.Virtual interpersonalrelationship, causing abnormal

1.1选题背景

和谐是人类所共同追求的梦想之一，同时也是人类所共同的追求目标之一。

在当今21世纪，和谐是时代的主旋律。

在今天构建社会主义和谐社会的时代大背景下，和谐的人际关系仍然是我们追求的主要目标之一。

马克思指出：

“人的本质并不是单个人所固有的抽象物，在其现实性上，它是一切社会关系的总和。

[13]”然而，在人际交往关系的变化过程中，大学生作为中国社会中的一个比较特殊群体，他们不但要有渊博的知识和高素质，而且还应该具备较强的社会交往互动能力，并且能通过广泛的人际之间的交往，建立起和谐的人际关系，大学生人际关系交往是指大学生之间以及大学生与其他人之间沟通信息、交流思想、协调行为的互动过程。

人际交往对大学生的个体身心的健康成长发展有着十分直接重要的影响，这与大学生整体素质的提高、思想人格的完善有着十分密切的联系。

大学生的人际交往水平对构建整个和谐社会也有着举足轻重的影响。

马克思曾经说过，交往是人类的必然伴侣。

所以，大学生的人际关系状况不得不令人们关注和研究。

在社会主义和谐社会的共同理想和信念下，要使大学生的人际交往建立在团结、友爱、互助的基础之上，从而形成和谐的人际关系。
