Thedesignoftheelectricvehiclechargingpile

Abstract

Intheworld'soilresourcesshortageandthegrimsituationofglobalwarming,theconstructionoflowcarbonvehicleswillbecometheautoindustryanewdevelopmentdirection.Currentresearchofelectricvehiclesaroundtheworldhasenteredthewhite-hot.Peopletrytomakeitbecomeamainstreaminthe21stcenturythedevelopmentoftheautomobile.Electricvehiclecharginginfrastructureisanimportantpartoftheelectriccarindustrychaincannotbeignoredin,atthesametimeofdevelopingelectricvehicleindustryalsoshouldfullytakeintoaccountthedevelopmentofthecharginginfrastructure,sothedesignofelectricvehiclechargingpileanditscontrolmethodofstudyisverynecessary.

1Introduction

Countriesintheworldtopromoteenergyconservationandenvironmentalprotection,ofwhichtheword"lowcarbon"everyonenotunfamiliar,carbonemissionsintoday'scarisbigger,theindustryalsograduallyfocusonlowcarbonfield.Theautoindustry'scarbonemissionishigherandhigher.Toberaisingindustrydevelopmentandthebalanceofenvironmentalemissions,theautomobileindustryfacedwiththetransformationofdevelopment.Intheworld'soilresourcesshortageandtheserioussituationofglobalwarming,theglobalautoindustryuniformstandardswillreferencetocarbonemissionsstandards,leadingtheglobalautoindustrydevelopmentbetter.Electriccarscomparedtotraditionalpetrolpoweredcars,intermsofenvironmentalprotectionandenergysavingshowstheoutstandingadvantages.Theelectriccarhasmanyadvantages,suchaslesspollutionemissions,highefficiency,lownoise,lowrunningcost,etc.,ithastheseadvantagesinreducingairpollutionandenergyshortageisofgreatsignificance.

2Electricvehiclecharginginfrastructure

Thekeytechnologiesofelectricvehicle(EV)mainlyincludes:

Drivemotoranddrivesystemasthecoreofthepowersystem.Inacoordinatedcontrolsystem,ensurethevehiclesafe,efficientandcomfortableoperationasthecoreofthevehiclecontrolsystem.Forcarbonreductionandenvironmentalprotectionofelectricvehicles,chargingdeviceisindispensable.Itsfunctionistoturnwithintheelectricitytotheelectricvehiclebatterypowergrid,topowerelectricvehicles.

Charginginfrastructureismainlychargingandchargingpile.Chargingstationswithin,usuallyequippedwithanumberoffastchargingplugsandafewslowchargingpile.Twokindsofcharginginfrastructureeachhaveadvantagesanddisadvantages,needtochooseaccordingtoactualspeciessuitableforlocalfacilities.Givenprioritytowithquickchargemodeofchargingstationashortchargingtimeischargingtheadvantagesofhighefficiency.Atahighspeedalongtheservicearea,selectionoflargechargingstationsandotherplacesofpoweristobeabletoproduce600V/300Achargingpile.Usuallyconsiderincludingtheuseofenvironmentalfactors,suchaschargingpileonlyinproducehighvoltageandlargecurrent,andpowerislarger(100kw),toensurethattheelectriccarchargingefficiency,thetechnologyofchargingmethodsandsecurityputforwardhigherrequirements.Sochargingstationsthanchargingpileconstructionandmanagementofcostismuchhigher,thesizeshouldbeandpetrolstations.Nowautomotivebatterytechnologyremainstobedevelopment,rapidchargingpatterncancausegreaterdamagetothebattery.Theexpertthinks,quickchargemodeisequivalenttoinarelativelyshortperiodoftimeforced"into"powertothebattery,afterseveralquickchargebattery,itslifewillbegreatlyreduced.Inadditionitisimportanttonotethatlarge-scaleelectricvehiclechargingdemandjustrelyonthechargingstationisfulfilled,andchargingstationswillbeoccupiedlandarea,willproducealotofmanagementcosts.Therefore,chargingstationisonlyapplicabletochargeforasmallamountofpublictransportservices.Chargingpilecoversanareaofafew,thecostisverylow,verysuitableforthesupermarketinthecity,parkinglots,constructionofresidentialareaofdense
