ThefundamentalAmericanbeliefinindividualfreedomandthefightofindividualstopracticetheirownreligionisatthecenterofreligiousexperienceintheUnitedStates.Thegreatdiversityofethnicbackgroundshasproducedreligiouspluralism;almostallofthereligionsoftheworldarenowpracticedintheUnitedStates.
