1.Introduction

AccordingtoourCompanySafetyPolicy,weaimateliminateaccidentfromourproject,andtoassuresofarasreasonablypracticable,thehealthandsafetyofallpersonnelaresafeguardedfrompotentialhazards.

Inordertomanagingriskatworksystematically,asafetymanagementprogramisestablishedandwhichisdocumentedatthissafetyplan.Thissafetyplanshallbereviewedbytheprojectsafetyofficerfromtimetotimewhennecessary.

ThecompanyshallcomplywithallcontractualrequirementsinregardtoindustrialhealthandsafetyspecifiedintheSpecialConditionofContract.

1.4.2StatutoryObligations

Thecompanyshallcomplywithallrelevantstatutoryrequirements,codesofpractice,suchlegislationasisrelatedtoindustrialhealthandsafety,inparticularbutnotlimitedtothefollowing:

AmonthlysafetyofficerreportForm2A（F&IU（SOSS）R）shallbepreparedbythesafetyofficerandsubmittedtotheSiteAgent.CopiestobekeptatthecontractorsiteofficeforER’sinspection.

AweeklysafetysupervisorreportForm3A（F&IU（SOSS）R）shallbepreparedbythesitesafetysupervisorandsubmittedtotheSiteAgentandSafetyOfficer.CopiestobekeptatthecontractorsiteofficeforER’sinspection.

DangerousOccurrenceReportandWorkmenCompensationReportwillbesubmittedtoLabourDepartmentandcopiedtotheEngineer（ifany）.

AMonthlySafetyReportwhichcontainsaccidentstatistics,safetytrainingandsafetypromotionstatus,Plantregister,updatedlistofSafetySupervisorandLabourDepartmentrecommendations,etc.willbepreparedbytheSafetyOfficerandsubmittedtotheEngineer.

AwrittenreportwillbesubmittedtotheEngineerassoonaspossibleofaccidentoccurs,ifany.（DetailsrefertoSection10oftheSafetyPlan）

1.4.4SiteSecurity

Unauthorizedpersonsshallnotbeallowedtoenterthesite.

Alistofthedirectandindirectworkersshallbekeptatthesiteofficeforreference.

Warningsignsprohibitingunauthorizedentrytositeshallbeexhibitedateachentranceandexitofthesiteandatanyotherappropriateplacealongtheboundaryofthesite.AllstaffshouldacttoensurethatNoPersonsunder18yearsoldareallowedonsitewithoutsitemanagementapproval.

Sufficientnumberofwatchmanshallbeappointedtoprotectpropertiesonsite.

Properrecordsshallbekeptofallequipmentandmaterialsbroughtintoortakenawayfromthesite.

AnyvisitorsshallregistertothesiteofficebeforetheyvisittothesiteandthesuchvisitmustbeescortedbyCHECsitestaff.

2.CompanyHealthandSafetyPolicy

General

ItisthepolicyoftheCompanythatitsoperationsareexecutedatalltimesinsuchawayastoensure,sofarasreasonablypracticable,thehealthandsafetyofallitsemployeesandallpersonslikelytobeaffectedbyitsoperations,includingsubcontractorsandthepublicwhereappropriate,aresafeguardedfromanypotentialhazards.

AlltheCompany’sstaffandworkersandsubcontractorsareresponsibleforensuringhealthandsafet
