基于熵权模糊综合评判法的装备理论训练考评

从客户服务质量角度评价军需装备生产供应商，以层次分析法为数学工具，选择可得性、及时性、保质性、交流性、响应性和创新性6个指标，对生产供应商客户服务质量的影响因素建立综合评价决策模型，其评价通过建立层次结构模型、构造成对比较矩阵、计算权向量并作一致性检验、计算组合权向量并作一致性检验等步骤实现。

针对空降作战中依据情报信息准确评估敌反空降防空火力强度的问题，结合空降作战和反空降作战的有关特点，建立敌反空降防空火力强度评估指标体系，运用基于权重系数的证据合成方法，构造基于证据理论的敌反空降防空火力强度评估模型。
通过实例证明了模型的合理性和方法的可行性，为空降作战决策提供了参考依据。

界定武器装备体系及其作战效能的概念，从评估的主客观程度、得出评估结果的基本途径、评估过程、评估时机4个不同角度对作战效能评估方法进行分类，并对各类方法进行了简要比较。
在此基础上进一步分析5种相对常用的评估方法（试验统计法、SEA法、ADC法、指数法、计算机仿真法），为效能评估方法的选用提供了依据。
