2,reporteverymonthatthebeginningoftheWISdataafteroperationofcomputeroperatorthroughWISsystemin1,thetotalfertilitytime2,3,and4tablesinExcelformatandprint,save;onaquarterlybasistotheCountyPlanningBureaureportedaquarterlyreportingtimeis10daysbeforethenextmonth,paperthereportrequiredbythestatisticspersonnelandpersonsinchargeofstatisticsandunitsresponsiblepersonsignedandstampedbeforecanquote,papersizeuniformA4paper.Reporttoeachvillage,eachcarefullyexaminethereport,theprojectisnotcomplete,logicalerrors,datawerenottofindthecause,errortrap,inordertoensurethequalityofstatistics.

（1）threerespondents:

focusontheserviceobjectandnonkeyserviceobject.Threekeycheckserviceobjectreferstoundertheageof40childrendidnottakesterilizationmeasuresorsterilizationmeasurestakeninlessthanayear;morethan40yearsoldwithhistoryandfailstotakeremedialmeasuresoflong-actingcontraceptivesterilizationofmarriedwomenofchildbearingage.Notlessthan42daysofpregnancy,adoptachild,divorced,widowed,uterusandaccessoryresection,menopause,infertilityofmarriedwomenofchildbearingage.

Nonkeythreecheckservicereferstoallothermarriedwomenofchildbearingage,exceptforthekeythreecheckserviceobjects.

Eachyear,threecases（fourmonthspermonth）ofthreepregnantwomenwereinvestigatedeveryyear.Atleastthreereproductivehealthcareservicesshouldbecarriedouteveryyear.

（2）fourobjects:

referstotheobjectandhasafamilysurvivalandmorethanonechildcouplesofchildbearingagehasnotyetbeenimplementedinringligationorlong-termcontraceptivemeasures（excludingthedivorcedorwidowed,uterusandaccessoryresection,menopause,pregnancy）policyshouldterminatethepregnancyterminationofpregnancy,medicalobjectsneedpolicyintheobjectofpregnancy.
