TheinstructionofZJ30/1800Ztruck-mounteddrillingrigiswrittenbytheprofessionalengineersinourtechnologycenter,accordingtothemoduleoffunctionandbasedontheproductdesignandserviceexperienceinoilfield.Thismanualisasmuchaspossibleconsistentwiththeactualproduct,howevermaybeslightlydifferentfromtheactualproductduetotemporarychangeoftechnicalagreements,theactualitemisthestandard.

Toensureyourproductsrunsafelyandsteadily,pleasereadcarefullytheinstructionandotherinformationattachedtotheproducts.Forthatthedrillingrigisconsistedofmanypartsbutonlyafewpartsarementionedhere,itisrequiredforuserstostudythespecialinstructionsforotherones,soastogetsomenecessaryknowledgeonstructure,usageandmaintenanceandetc.,andmuchattentionisrequiredtopayontheclausesaboutthesafetycaution.

ØBeforeadjustandoverhaulthedrivesystemssuchastheengine,hydraulictorqueconverter,transferboxanddrawworks,etc.andengageordisengageeachclutchhandle,itshouldstopenginefirstly.

ØTheoperatorshouldwearthehelmetandprotectivearticlesbeforegotothewellfield.

ØSmokingandopeningflamesisprohibitedstrictlywhenfilltheenginefueloiloralcoholintoairsystem.

ØItmustchecktheshiftvalveforinfreepositionbeforestart.Startingtheengineinengagedstatusisprohibitedstrictly.

ØItisimpropertoruntheengineinheavyloadimmediatelyafterstartup.Itshouldoperateinno-loadorlightloadforaperiodandcanberuninheavyloadafterthetemperatureofallpartsisnormalandlubricationiswell.

ØAsthehostinposition,afterflaming-outoftheengine,placethefrontandbackoperatinghandlewhichoperatethecompoundingtransfercasetodrivetheaxlescompletelyseparate,andmakethedouble-shuttlevalveoftheaircoursereversetoaeratetheupperpartofthetruck.Itisforbiddenpickingthehandlewhendrillingandworkover.

ØAfterthehosthascompleteddrillingandworkoverwork,flame-outtheenginefirstandmaketheengageanddisengagehandleofthecompoundingtransfercasetodrivetheaxlesintheswitchingclutchposition,andmakethedouble-shuttlevalveoftheaircoursereversetoaeratethelowerpartofthetruck.

ØThespeedoftheengineisnolessthan1200r/minduringtheoperationtoprovideenoughlubricationoiltothehydraulictransmissionbox.

ØItisprohibitedstrictlythattripoutandtripinbyreversegearwithswitchingclutch.

ØItshouldadoptthedoubleenginescompoundandengageanddisengagecompoundunitwhenthehookblockloadismorethan1150kN（258000lbf）.ThenItmustmaketheengineflameout.

ØThehydraulictransmissionboxadoptsthepneumaticandgearshiftingmethods.Thehostisinstalledwithseveraltypesofelectricelement.Whenthehostneedweldingrepairing,itmustpoweroffthevehicletopreventtheburnoutoftheelectricelements.

ØDonotwettheelectriccontrolboxandvariouswires（cables）plugwhenvehiclecleaning.

ØItmustpulleachguylineinpositionafterthederrickisinstalledverticallytoensurethesafetyofthederrick.Undernocircumstanceshouldtheguylinebereleasedduringtheoperation.

ØItisstrictlyprohibitedtoactthelegcylinderwhenthederrickisinverticalstatustopreventtheheavyaccidentduetoturnoverofderrick.

ØEachdevicemustoperatecorrectlyduringtheextensionandretractionofthederrick（onlyfortwo-sectiontelescopingderrick）.

ØItmustcleanupwellsite,cleanawaydirtyfromcylinderpistonandpistonrodandmakeeachguylineinorderbeforetherising,loweringandtelescopingofthederrick.

ØItmustdischargetheairinhydraulicsystem,hoistingcylinderandtelescopingcylinderbeforetherising,loweringandtelescopingofthederrick;thehookblockshouldbeintheplaceunderthederrickandthecentralizerisopenedcompletelyduringtheextensionprocessofthederrick.

ØTheremustnotbepersonnelonthederrick,infrontoforbehindofthederrickduringtherising,loweringandtelescopingofthederrick.

ØAftertheheavyloadoperation,theengineshouldbeinidle-speedfor5minutesbeforeflamingout.

ØItshouldcheckthesafetyofthederrickiftheloadofthehookblocknearlyequalstotheMax.hookload.

ØPayattentiontotheoillevelofthehydraulicoiltankandaddtheoilimmediatelyafterfoundthelackofoiltopreventthedamageofthehydraulicelementssuchastheoilpumpetc.

SY/T5609-l999ModelandBasicParametersofPetroleumDrillingRigandrelatedtechnicalcriterionssuchasAPIarefollowedinthedesign,manufactureandproductionofZJ30/1700CZtruck-mounteddrillingrig.

ZJ30/1800Zdrillingrig（hereinafterreferredtoasZJ30drillingrig）isaself-propelleddrillingrigwhichcandrilldeepas3000m.Itbasicallyconsistsofself-propelledchassis,vehicleoperatingmechanism,drillingaccessoriesandsomeotherparts.Ithasthecharacteristicsofeasymovingandinstallation.Itcanalsofulfilltherequirementofdrillingwork,suchashighloadandlongtimecontinuousoperation.
