20Sincethe1990s,China'srapiddevelopmentoftheretailimpressive,butcomparedwithdevelopedcountries,China'sretailbusinessisstillanenormousgapexists.China'saccessiontotheWTO,foreignretailgiantshaveenteredtheChinesemarket,China'sretailindustrytodirectlyfacetheinternationalmarketamidfiercecompetition.Andtheglobalizationoftheeconomy,marketconditions,Businessandcompetitionamongenterpriseshasevolvedintothesupplychainandtheanintegratedmanagementideasandmethods,supplychainmanagementaroundthecorebusiness,throughtheflowofmaterials,funds,informationflow,willbesuppliers,manufacturers,distributors,retailcustomersuntilthefinalcompositionofthesupplychaintogetherintoanoverallmanagementmodel.Atpresent,China'slargeretailenterprisesinthesupplychainmanagementawarenesshasremainedonlyattheoperationallevel,nottotreatitasacorporatestrategytoimplementanimportantcomponentoftheitisonlythroughthesupplychainmanagementofstrategicthinking,withthetypesofgoodsusedtobuildthesupplychaintoacquirestrategicmatch,canwemakeourretailenterprisesupplychainmanagementtoimplementaqualitativeleap.
1.Anefficientsupply-chainandsupply-chainreaction
Supplychaintherearetwomainfunctions:
