20Sincethe1990s,China'srapiddevelopmentoftheretailimpressive,butcomparedwithdevelopedcountries,China'sretailbusinessisstillanenormousgapexists.China'saccessiontotheWTO,foreignretailgiantshaveenteredtheChinesemarket,China'sretailindustrytodirectlyfacetheinternationalmarketamidfiercecompetition.Andtheglobalizationoftheeconomy,marketconditions,Businessandcompetitionamongenterpriseshasevolvedintothesupplychainandtheanintegratedmanagementideasandmethods,supplychainmanagementaroundthecorebusiness,throughtheflowofmaterials,funds,informationflow,willbesuppliers,manufacturers,distributors,retailcustomersuntilthefinalcompositionofthesupplychaintogetherintoanoverallmanagementmodel.Atpresent,China'slargeretailenterprisesinthesupplychainmanagementawarenesshasremainedonlyattheoperationallevel,nottotreatitasacorporatestrategytoimplementanimportantcomponentoftheitisonlythroughthesupplychainmanagementofstrategicthinking,withthetypesofgoodsusedtobuildthesupplychaintoacquirestrategicmatch,canwemakeourretailenterprisesupplychainmanagementtoimplementaqualitativeleap.

1.Anefficientsupply-chainandsupply-chainreaction

Supplychaintherearetwomainfunctions:

tothelogisticsfunctionandflowfunction.Supplychainlogisticsfunctionsrefertotheminimumcostoftherawmaterialsprocessedintocomponents,semi-finishedproducts,productsandtheirsupplychainfromanodetoanothernode;supplychaintoflowfunctionreferstothemarketdemandtomakerapidresponse,toensureanappropriateproductintheappropriateplaceandtimetomeettheneedsofcustomers.Logisticsfunctionstoflowandfunctionneedssomecosts,whichtogetherconstitutethetotalsupplychaincosts,withthemainlogisticscostsincludingtransport,storage,packaging,handling,distributionprocessing,distributioncosts,flowtothecostofincludinganoversupplyofcommoditiespricelosses,andsupplyofstocklossesandtheresultinglossofpotentialincomecustomersThegeneralsenseisthesupplychainandlogisticsbusinessflowbetweenthesetwofunctionsofthebalance,responsivenessandefficiencycosttrade-offbetweenthelevel.Supplychainmanagementisanintegratedmanagementideasandmethods,intheincreasinglyfiercemarketcompetition,therapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnologytoday,thesupplychaintendstoshortentheresponsetimetomeettheevolvingneedsofusers.Inthistimebasedonthecompetition,supplychainoperationswiththeneedsofthemarketsimultaneously,notonlyfasterresponsespeed,andaflexibleresponsetothemagic.Supplychainreactioncapacityavailablesupplychainfollowingtasksabilitytomeasure:

Isabletodemandsignificantchangestorespond;whetheritcansatisfycustomersinashorterperiodofAvailability;whetheritwillprovidecustomerswithmorevarietiesofproducts;thepossibilityofprovidinginnovativeproducts;abilitytoprovideahighlevelofcustomerservice.Supplychainhasmoreoftheabovecapacity,thesupplychainreactioncapabilitywillbe.Howeverreactionoftheincreasemustalsopaythecostofthepriceincrease.Forexample,tomeetthedemandforthedrasticchangein,itneedshigherinventorylevels,leadingtoadeclininglevelofefficiency.Therefore,eachraisingastrategicresponsecapabilitywillhavetopayadditionalcosts,therebyreducingefficiencylevels,andviceversa.

Supplychainefficiencyistoachieveasupplychainlogisticsfunctionsasamajorobjective,thatis,ata

minimumcostofrawmaterialsintoparts,andfinishedproducts,andeventuallysenttothehandsofconsumers.Efficientsupply-chainneedsofthemarket,thecharacteristicsoftheproductandrelatedtechnologiesarerelativelystable,thusthesupplychainnodesoftheenterprisecanfocusonaccesstothebenefitsofeconomiesofscale,improveequipmentutilization,lowerproduction,transportation,warehousingandotheraspectsoftheassociatedcosts,soastominimizeproductcosts.Supplychainreactionwasachievedinthesupplychaintoflowfunctionasamajorobjective,thattherighttomakechangesinmarketdemand,rapidresponse,suchassupplychainforproducts,themarketdemandisverygreatuncertainty,orashorterproductlifecycle,productortechnologydevelopedrapidly,productsorseasonalfluctuationsindemandstrong.SupplyChainReactionneedtomaintainahigheradaptabilitytothemarketandachieveflexibleproduction,therebyreducingproductobsolescenceandtherisksoffailure.Supplychainstrategyisinthesupplychain-reactioncapabilityandefficiencylevelsbetweenthebalanceOncetheretailenterprisesupplychainstrategy,stressreactionofthesupplychainmustbeallthefuncti
