Abstract

InOctober2015,the Fifth Plenum ofthe 18th CPC Central Committee washeld in Beijing.Andtheplenumhaspassedthe13thFive-yearPlanabouttheNationalEconomyandSocialDevelopmentMadebytheCentralCommitteeofCCP.Thisplanclearlyindicatedthefiveimportantdevelopmentconceptsthatcontaininnovation,coordination,green,opennessandsharing,inwhichsharingappearedforthefirsttime.Chinesesharingeconomymarkethasagreatpotentialfordevelopment,anditalsowillbethenewenergyofpushingtheeconomicdevelopment.Whenthedomesticsharingeconomyenteredintothetake–offperiod,manysecond-handtradingplatformsemergedatthecorrectmoment.However,thedomesticsecond-handmarketisnotsomature.Duetotheemergenceofsomesecond-handtradingapplicationinrecentyears,onlinesecond-handtradingactivitiesgraduallygetintothedailylife,whichgivesthesharingeconomywithnewhistoricalmeaning.Nevertheless,theresearchofsecond-handtradingmarket,especiallysecond-handtradingplatformremainsrare.Therefore,thispaperwillchooseXianyu,themostrepresentativeapplication,byusingtheSWOTtheoryanalysis,toaddsomeusefulmaterialonresearchingdomesticsecond-handtradingplatformorapplication.

Thefirstchapterofthispaperisliteraturereview.ThesecondchapteristointroduceXianyuandSWOTtheory,includingthedefinitionandfunctionofXianyu,andthecontentandsignificanceofSWOTtheory.ThethirdchapteristheapplicationofSWOTtheoryintotheanalysisthepresentXianyudevelopmentsituation,fromthepointsofstrengthandweakness,andalsotheopportunityandthreatthatXianyumaymeetwithinthefuturedevelopment.Theforthchapteristheconclusion,andthewritergivessomeadvicestoXianyuforitsbetterdevelopment.ThispaperstudiesXianyuthroughSWOTtheory,andhopetobringXianyuwiththeoreticalsupportandpracticalsuggestiononitsdevelopment.

摘要

2015年10月，中国共产党第十八届中央委员会第五次全体会议在北京召开，全会审议通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划的建议》〔以下简称《建议》〕。

在《建议》中明确提出树立创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的五大发展理念，其中首次明确提出共享理念。

中国共享经济市场潜力巨大，将成为推进经济发展的新动力。

伴随着国内共享经济进入起飞期，许多二手物品交易平台应运而生。

但是我国二手交易市场发展时间较短，成熟度远远不比国外。

最近几年由于某些二手交易软件平台的出现，使得线上二手交易逐渐走入了大众的日常生活，赋予了共享经济新的时代意义。

然而关于线上二手交易市场，特别是具体的线上二手交易平台的研究少之又少。

因此，本文将选取最具有代表性的二手交易客户端软件闲鱼作为研究对象，采用SWOT理论分析方法，为研究我国二手交易软件平台增添素材。

本文第一章是文献综述。

第二章主要是介绍闲鱼的定义及功能和SWOT理论的内容及意义。

第三章则是正式运用SWOT理论从从优势和劣势对闲鱼发展的现状进行了分析，并就闲鱼在今后的发展中面临的机遇和挑战展开探究。

第四章则是对本文的研究进行总结，并提出有利于闲鱼发展的假设干意见。

本文对二手交易软件闲鱼运用SWOT理论加以研究，并希望对其软件的发展提供理论支持和实际操作建议。

Introduction

TheappearanceofUberandAirbnbmadesharingeconomybecomethefocusoftheattention.Andthroughitsbusinessmodelandinnovativecontent,andfromanotherperspective,thecoreofsharingeconomyisactuallyusedgoodseconomy（alsosecond-handeconomy）,forallthesharingresourcesorbasisisnottotallynew.Buttheusedvalueofsecond-handgoodshavebeenimprovedunprecedentedly,andalsorealizedthereconfiguration.Inadditiontovehiclesandidlehouses,clothes,bagsandjewelriesarethemostcommonbuttheeasiestignoredusedgoods.

However,theusedgoodshaveappearedactivelyindailylifeandbeengivennewvaluethroughdailytransaction,whichbeforethestatementofsharingeconomy.Aroundtheglobe,thefieldofsecond-handgoodstransactionisalreadyblooming.InMarch2016,JapaneseC2Csecond-handtransactionplatformMercariannouncedthattheyreceivedtheinvestmentof75millionUSdollars.IndomesticChina,second-handeconomy,asonekindofsharingeconomy,alsoseizedtheopportunityandissuedsomesecond-handtradingapplications.Somepowerfulapplicationshaveemerged,suchasXianyufromAlibaba,Zhuanzhanfrom58Tongcheng.Therearealsosomelesspopularapplication,forexample,Liequ,LiangyiquandYiyouyou.ButthecurrentdataindicatesthatXianyuisoccupyingthemostmarket,whichshowsXianyuistherepresentativesecond-handtradingapplicationinChina.AsthepredecessorofTaobaoSecond-hand,forbackingonAlibabaandAlipay,Xianyuobtainedalotofstrengthsuchascustomersresource,paymentguaranteeandtransactioncredit,whichishelpfultoimprovethesalesvolumes.

ThemostimportantpracticalsignificanceofSWOTtheoryisthattoprovideevidencesonmakingupmarketingstrategies.BasedonSWOTtheory,thispaperwillanalyzeXianyufromexternalfactorsandinternalfactorsrespectively,andexploringthespecificcausesthatimpactthedevelopmentofXianyu.

Xianyuisashorttimebutwell-developedsecond-handtradingapplication.InChina,notsomanyresearchesaboutXianyuhavebeenpublished,butsomeusefulessaysdoexist.Inforeigncountries,therearemanyarticlesaboutsecond-handtrading.Andthefollowingisabriefreviewofthepreviousstudies.

1.1RelatedStudiesAbroad

Inrecentyears,foreignstudiesonsecond-handtransactionmainlyfocusedonitswarrantysystem.Forexample,in2011,SeyedGholamrezaJalaliNainiandMahmoodShafieeproposeadecisionmodeltodeterminetheoptimalpriceandupgradestrategyofawarrantedsecond-handproducttomaximizethedealer’sexpectedprofit.Thenin2013,MahmoodShafieeandStefankaChukovapointedouttheimportanceofcarryingoutwarrantypolicyonsecond-handtransactionforenlargingprofitsduringtheirOptimalUpgradeStrategy,WarrantyPolicyandSalePriceforSecond-handProducts.Inthesameyear,MahmoodShafieeandStefankaChukovaalsopublishedOntheInvestmentinaReliabilityImprovementProgramforWarrantedSecond-handItems.Thisarticledevelopsastochasticcost-benefitmodelforinvestmentmadeinreliabilityimprovementprogramsforsecond-handitemssoldwithfailure-freewarranty.Andasmallnumberofstudiesthatemphasizeothersfactors,suchastechnology.Forinstance,in2014,MichaelConradandOliverRaabepublishedanessayonEnvironmentalPolicyMonthlyentitledUsedGoodsTradingPlatformCanbeAccessedthroughSmartphone,inwhichindicatedthatpeoplecanalsofindthelocationsofthenearestsecond-handgoodstradingandmarketinginformationthroughtheGPSfunctionoftheirsmartphone.Sofar,SWOTtheoryhasnotbeenusedinanalyzingsecond-handtradingplatforminforeignstudiesyet.

1.2RelatedStudiesinChina

AsforthedomesticresearchesaboutXianyu,mostofthemareeconomicjournalarticles.Earlyin2014,theestablishingyearofXianyu,WangXiaoyingpublishedapaperontheCommunicationInformationNewsnamedTaobaoLaunchedXianyuApplication,TakingAdvantagesofPlatformtoBreakintoSecond-handMarket,whichistheearliestarticlerelatedtoXianyu.Thearticlemainlyintroducedtheoriginalfunctionsandinitialmajorcompetitorsrespectively.Afteraroundtwoyearsdevelopment,Xianyuhasbasicallybecamethemostsuccessfulsecond-handtradingplatforminmainlandChina.In2016,WeiWeipublishedanessayonBeijingBusinessTodayInternetWeeklyentitledtheBenefitsandHarmsofAlibabavigorouslyDevelopingXianyu.Inthisstudy,itmainlyanalyzedtheachievementsthatXianyuhasmadeinthepasttwoyearsthroughlotsofconvincingdata,butalsorevealedsomeproblemsthatXianyumetwithduringitsdevelopment.Inaword,itsimplystudiedthestrengthandweaknessofXianyu,aswellasthepresentopportunityandthreat.ThisessayanalyzedwiththetheorysimilartoSWOT,whichcanbeareferenceforfuturestudies.ThelatestisstudyXianyu:
