1.purpose
目的
1.1Thisfabricationanderectionspecificationdefinesthegeneralscopeofworkrequirementsforconstructioncontractsandthescopeforthecontractorthatisnotcoveredinotherspecifications.
本制造和安装标准为承包商确定了其它标准中没有涉及的建筑合同的一般工作范围。
2.scope
范围
2.1Thisspecificationappliestoallerectioncontracts.Insomeinstances,specificexamplesorrequirementsarespecifiedthatrelatetoaparticulardiscipline;theseshallbeappliedappropriatelytootherdisciplines.
本标准适用于所有的安装合同。
在某些方面，还列举了与特别的规范有关的特例或要求；这些特例或要求应该适当地运用到其它规范中。
2.2Thisspecificationshallbeappliedinconjunctionwiththeproject-specificscopeofworkdocumentsandtheappropriateengineeringstandardsreferredtointhecontractpackagetransmittal.Theproject-specificspecifications,drawings,anddocumentsmightsupersedesomepartsofthisgeneralscopeofworkspecificationforthatparticularproject.
本标准必须与特定项目的工程文件和合同文件包中参考的相应工程标准一起使用。
特定项目的标准、图纸和文件可能替代本标准（即建筑合同的一般工作范围）中的某些条款。
2.3Theproject-specificscopeofworkdocumentsandprojectspecificationshaveprecedenceoverthisgeneralscopeofworkspecification.Noexceptionsshallbepermittedwithoutthewrittenapprovalofthepurchaser.

4.DEFINITIONS
定义
4.1PurchaserrepresentativeshallmeanthedesignatedrepresentativeofPurchaserinchargeoftheworkatthesiteorelsewhere.
购买人代表是在指现场或其它地方代表购买人工作的指定代表。
4.2ApprovalbyPurchasershallmeanapprovalinwritingunlessotherwisespecified.
由购买人批准指书面批准，除非另有规定。
4.3Contractdocumentsshallmeanthepurchaseorderand/orconstructioncontractform,AwardLetter/Notice,bulletins,addenda,generalconditions,andalldrawings,specifications,anddocumentsreferencedthereinordeliveredtothecontractorthereunder,including（butnotlimitedto）thesegeneralspecifications.
合同文件指采购定单和/或建筑合同表格、授予函/通知、公报、补遗、一般条件以及合同参考的或向承包商发送的所有图纸、标准和参考文件，包括（但不限于）本文所述的一般标准。
4.4ContractorshallmeanthecompanyanditssubcontractorsawardedtheworkbyPurchaserandnamedintheconstructionagreement.
承包商指被购买人授予工作并在建筑协议中指定的公司及其分包商。
4.5EqualshallmeanequalasapprovedinwritingbyPurchaserorthePurchaserrepresentative.
同等指等同于购买人或购买人代表的书面批准。
4.6Generalconditionsshallmeanthe"GeneralConditionsforConstructionAgreements"or"GeneralConditionsofContract"includedaspartofthecontractdocuments.
一般条件指“建筑协议的一般条件”或者作为合同文件组成部分的“合同的一般条件”。
4.7OwnershallmeanthePurchaserCompanyorClientnominatedinthepurchaseorderunlessspecificallyidentifiedotherwiseintheconstructionagreementandcontractdocuments.

4.8PurchasershallmeanthePurchaser,JointVenture,ProjectCompany,orClientCompanyplacingthepurchaseorderonthecontractor.

4.9Workshallmeanthelabor,services,materials,andequipmentascontracted.

5.ORDEROFPRECEDENCEOFCONTRACTDOCUMENTS
合同文件的先后顺序次序
5.1Whenadirectconflictexistsamongthecontractdocuments,thecontractorshallimmediatelycontactPurchaserforclarification.
当合同文件之间相互冲突时，承包商必须立即与购买人联系，加以澄清。
5.2Thefollowingorderofprecedenceofcontractdocumentsshallapply,unlessotherwisespecifiedinthepurchaseorderitself:

5.2.1Contractamendmentsandaddendaissuedsubsequenttocontractaward,includingassociatedlatestrevisions/additionstothecontractdrawings.

5.2.2PurchaseOrderorConstructionContractForm.
采购单或建筑合同表格。
5.2.3AwardLetter/Notice.

5.2.5Bulletinsissuedbeforecontractaward,includingthelatestrevisions/additionstothecontractdrawingsassociatedwitheach.

5.2.6600.002ofthesespecificationsorprojectspecificscopeofwork.
这些标准中的600.002标准或者项目特定的工作范围。

6.CONTRACTANDSCOPECHANGES
合同和范围的变更
6.1Changestotheoriginalscopeofworkmayonlybemadebyoneofthefollowing:
以下任何一种情况都可能需要对原工作范围进行变更：
∙Bulletinsissuedinnumericalorderbeforeaward.
合同授予前以数字顺序发表的公报。
∙Addendaissuedinnumericalorderafteraward.
合同授予后以数字顺序发表的补遗。
∙ConstructionChangeOrders（CCOs）issuedinnumericalorderafterthecontractorison-site[referredtoasConstructionChangeRequestsinEurope（CCRs）].
承包商进驻现场后以数字顺序发表的建筑变更单（CCO）[在欧洲被称为建筑变更要求（CCRs）]。
6.2ThecontractorisnotauthorizedtoproceedwithanyworkbeyondtheoriginalscopeofthecontractwithoutwrittenauthorizationbythePurchaserrepresentative.
在得到购买人代表书面授权之前，承包商无权进行原合同范围以外的任何工作。
7.GENERAL

7.1Thepurchasersetshighgoalsinsafetyandquality,andallworkperformedaccordingtothisspecificationshallcomplywithsafeandquality-consciouspractices.
购买人对安全和质量规定了高标准，按照本标准执行的所有工作都必须遵循安全和质量意识惯例。
