Abstract--Thisresearchdevelopsanewmultifunctionalnursingbedthatcanrealizethemovementsofturningleftandrightsidesanddefecatingonthebedforclinicaluse.AndusetheADAMStoanalysistheeffectstothemotortorquefromtheforceontherotatedboard,frictionofcontactpairandspacepositionByanalysisofdynamiconthemodelofthemainmechanismcangetthecurvesandtheinfluencesoftorque,whichplaysanimportantguidingroleinselectingappropriatemotorandinstallationstructureKeywords--nursingbed、ADAMS、dynamicanalysis

IINTRODUCTION

Nursingbedsaspartsofmedicalequipmentsarenecessaryforhospitalcare,andhasbeenwidelyusedinhospitals,nursinghomes,retirementhomesandmanyotherfields.However,thepricesofgoodqualitynursingbedsareexpensive,thenewstudycanreducethecostandthedifficultofcare,forexample,tothepatientsrestingonthebedforalongtime,theirturningoverandliftingbackrequirednurseshavesufficientphysicalstrengthCommonbedsjusthaveheadup,legflexionandextensionfunctions,thisbedaddsthefunctionasrollingaround,defecatingonthebedandsoonasneeded[1]IIMECHANISMDESIGN

Thenursingbedcanbedividedintofourpartsbythestructureandfunctionas:

bedbody,controlcabinet,aframeworkforactivities,removablebedpan.BlockdiagramasinFig1Inthecontrolcubicle,theinstallmenthasthemastercontrolboard,themotor-drivenboard,thetransformer,theswitchingpowersupplyandsoonThecontrolcubicleconnectswiththenursingbedbytheconnection.Exceptthefixedmechanism,thebedbodyalsoincludesthedrivemotorandthevaneorganizationTheactiveframeinstallmenthasthewheels,whichmaybeseparatedfromthenursingbedIntheframetherearethewatertank,stoolwhichcanriseandfallandthehotairblowerThetransportablebedpanalsoinstallswheelsandcaninsertintotheactiveframeInaddition,thecontrolsystemalsoincludesthewireoperators,theLCDandsoonInthesystemtherearesixDCmotorswhichcompletetheactionsofrisingandfallingofthehead,theflexionoftheleg,rollingaroundoftheleftandright,openingandclosingofthevaneandrisingandfallingofthestoolandsoonABedFunction

Thebedactivityfunctionsincludingtherisingandfallingofthehead,theflexionofthelegandthebedbodyturnsideswhichsatisfiedpatient'sactiverequestbasically,favorsthepatientstoimprovetheirbloodcirculationandpreventsthebedsoreThisnursingbedhasdesignedtheflexionofthelegconformstohumanbody'smovementcharacteristic.Thebedbodysideturnsmaydivideintothreemovements:

theleftsidetoturn,therightsidetoturnandtheevensideFig.2,Fig.3,Fig.4isthebedbody'sthreemovements.

ThedefecationfunctionisrareinotherelectricnursingbedwhichsuitstheparalysispatientespeciallyInthemiddleofthebedbodythereisarectangularopening,wherecanonlyseentwovanesinthenormalconditionWhendefecating,thevaneturnsdowntomakesabreach,thenthedefecationdevicerise.Afterthedefecationcompleted,thevaneupturnscontinuestofillthegap.Thedefecationdeviceiscomposedoftheactiveframeandthemotionbedpanwhichcaninsertsintotheframe,andtheentireframecancoordinatetoloadthebedbody.ThenursingbedcanalsoprovidethefunctionsofsprayingwateranddryingIntheactiveframeinstalledthewatertank,thehotairblowerandthesolenoidvalve.Thewatertankhasawaterpump,heater,thetemperaturesensorandthewaterlevelsensorItcanberealizedthatthewatertemperatureestablishment,thewatertemperaturemaintainsandthewatertankvolumeautomaticincreaseandsoonunderthecontroller'scontrolThepatientwhoissickbedinlong-termisthemajorrecipientsofthisnursingbed.Beforedefecate,pressthekey"stoolraise"ontheremotecontrol,twovanesopen,andthenthestoolraise,plateofthestoolerectsautomatically,andsoastothebedpan.ThepatientcandefecateafterthesemovementscompletedAfterthedefecationcompletes,presscorrespondingkey,carriesontheflushingfirst,thenuseshotblastdrying,whichhasmanifestedthehumannursingfunction.Thewaterforflushingispreservedinthetank,anduseheatingwiretomaintainthetemperature.It'sneededtogatherandprocessofthetemperatureinordertorealizethecontrolofit,thegathercancompletedbythesensor,theprocessandcontrolcancompletedbythemonolithicintegratedcircuitAsaresultofthepatient'sdefecatetimeisuncertainty,andrequestsmaintainsthetemperatureconstant,fortheaimofprovidingappropriatetemperaturemomentarilyIII.SYSTEMMODELING
