感知全文概貌，明确文本结构划分，重点学习第一至三段，了解全球变暖的现象表现、警示案例及形成原因。

教材简析：

本单元探讨的话题是：

环境保护。

主题语境是“人与自然”人与环境、人与动植物，人类生存、社会发展与环境的关系。

本语篇气候变化需要全球关注，通过分析气候变化的成因和警示气候变化的影响，号召全人类采取恰当行动，减少碳排放，应对全球变暧。

学情分析：

本节课的教学对象是高三年级的学生，已经具备了较强的阅读理解能力，并且能够在语篇阅读中灵活运用词汇，以及分析文中的长难句。

本单元的主题是有关于环境保护的，本课时从漓江的环境入手，首先让学生了解到游客数量的增加，商业化的发展以及化学物质使得漓江面临着严重的水体污染问题，而且漓江有关环境治理的措施使得环境得到了很大的改善，为其它地方的污染防治提供了借鉴的作用，同时也让学生了解到环境保护的重要性，树立环保意识，从生活中的小事入手，积极参与到环境保护当中，为祖国的壮美河山做出贡献。

学情分析：

按照课标要求，本学段的学生的英语水平应该已经达到了一个较高的水平，但由于学生长期以来对英语学习不感兴趣，不知该如何提高导致学生的学习水平较低，不适合一些较高难度的训练，还需要教师从多方面进行引导才可以完成学习内容。
