一结构简介、主要规范

Briefintroductionofthestructureandthemaincriterions

SZL系列锅炉是以燃块状生物质水管蒸汽锅炉，为双锅筒纵置式。

锅炉本体由纵置的上下锅筒和两侧水冷壁、对流管束组成。

炉膛上方两侧布置密排水冷壁，下方四周为绝热炉膛。

上锅筒内部设有均汽孔板、水下孔板、表面连续排污装置等汽水分离设备。

锅筒正常水位在中心线上45mm处，最大波动范围±50mm。

下锅筒内部设有定期排污装置。

上、下锅筒对流管束间设有二道垂直隔墙，形成S型回路，使烟气流速控制合理流速的范围内。

SZLserieswater-pipebiomass-firedsteamboilerishorizontaldouble-drumboilerwithsquamelliformstoker.Theboilerproperisassembledbyupanddowndrumsandconvectivebank,coolingwallwatertubesisplacedonbothsidesofupperfurnace.Thebottomisthethermalinsulationfurnace.Therearesteamporeplateandunder-waterporeplateinsidethetopdrum,onwhichsurfacehasthecontinuousblowdowndeviceandsteam-waterseparator.Thenormalwaterlevelisontheplacewhichis45mmabovethedrumcenterline,themaxwaverangeis±50mm.Thereisintermittentblowdowndeviceinsidethebottomdrum.Betweenthetopandbottomdrum,thereare2verticalwallintheconvectionbank,whichshallformtheStypecircletomakethefluegasinthereasonablespeedrange.

锅炉燃料通过斗提式上料机进入料斗，到达炉排上，进行燃烧。

燃烧设备为链带炉排。

在炉排后面板及两侧都设置有拨火门，便于拨火及检修用。

鼓风机的送风经空气预热器加热成热风直接进入炉排独立风室。

从而更有利组织燃料在炉膛中充分燃烧。

炉膛中燃烧后的高温烟气由炉膛进入对流管束段，再进入空气预热器、除尘器，由引风机抽引通入烟囱排向大气，流程图可见燃烧系统图。

Thefuelshallgointothefuelhopperthroughthehoistingcoalfeeder,thengoestothestokertodothecombustionjob.Thefiringdeviceissquamelliformstoker.Therearefiredoorsontherearofstokerandbothsidesoffurnacetomakethecontrolandmaintainworkeasy.Thefluegaswithhightemperaturefromtheburninginfurnaceshallgointotheconvectionbank,thentotheeconomizer,dustcollector,andfinallytotheairthoughtthechimneyfromtheIDfan.Seedetailsintheburningsystemchart.

本锅炉满足TSGG0002《锅炉节能技术监督管理规程》的要求。

ThisboilershallmeettherequirementsofTSGG0002Boilerenergy-savingtechnicalsupervisionandmanagementregulations.

SZL锅炉燃块状生物质水管蒸汽锅炉具有下列优点：

1.锅炉属于水管锅炉，采用双锅筒自然循环型式，启热快，热效率高，水循环安全可靠。

三出厂简况Conditionsofdelivery

SZL系列锅炉燃块状生物质水管蒸汽锅炉出厂时，

分件包装如下：

1.锅炉上部大件包括锅炉本体、固定式旋转吹灰器、保温层及上部炉墙等组合件。

下部大件包括链条炉排、检查门、检修门、支架等组合件。

四安装前的准备工作Installationpreparation

1.根据我厂提供的图样，技术资料以及用户选配的辅机资料进行锅炉房的设计。

2.锅炉安装单位，必须是具有安装能力的持证单位，锅炉安装必须有专人负责，司炉工参加，并配备管工、钳工、起重工、冷作工、电焊工及辅助工。

TheboilerinstallationentityhastobeinspectedandapprovedbytheProvincialLabordepartment.Theinstallationshastohavespecificpersonnelinchargeoftheoperation,joinedbyaboilertechnician,alongwithpipetechnician,locksmith,liftingtechnician,coolingtechnician,electricweldingtechnician,andassistant.

3.组织有关人员学习、熟悉TSGG0001《锅炉安全技术监察规程》、GB50273《锅炉安装工程施工及验收规范》和GB50041《锅炉房设计规范》等国家有关锅炉安全技术的法律法规，锅炉图样，安装使用说明书等文件，以了解和掌握安装运行、维护、保养等事项。

4.确定安装地点Double-checkinstallationlocation

（1）安装地点最好能接近用热地点，目的在于缩短输送管路，降低基本建设费用，减少管路散热损失。

Preferably,theinstallationlocationisclosetothesteamlocation,makingtheconveybeltshorttolowerthebasicconstructioncost,andlowerthelossofenergy.

（2）给水和排水方便。

Convenientwaterin-takinganddrainage.

（3）锅炉在安装运输时通畅。

Convenientforthestorageoffuelandresidual.

（4）锅炉房的布置应符合GB50041《锅炉房设计规范》有关章节的规定，光线充足，通风良好，地面不应积水。

为保证运行和检修方便，锅炉与建筑物的净距满足GB50041《锅炉房设计规范》表4.4.6规定的要求。

ThedesignoftheboilerroomshouldcomplyChapterEightof,“ThedepartmentofLaborandHumanResources.China”.Thereshouldbeenoughlightandairyintheroomandnotwateraccumulatingontheground.Forthepurposeofinspectionandoperation,thespaceinfrontoftheboilerandthesideofthecoalfiltershallbeasperrequirementsin“Boilerroomdesignregulation”.

5.地基准备Basepreparation

按地基图施工，由土建部门根据锅炉载重参照当地土质条件，决定地基浇制厚度，预挖除渣机坑，并预设妥炉排调速器、空气预热器、鼓、引风机的地脚螺栓孔，斗提上料机立柱预埋钢板。

所有预留孔均应在立柱、辅机安装就位后，再浇灌混凝土。

地基表面应光滑平整，表面不平度不大于3毫米。

地基验收合格后，按锅炉地基图划出锅炉安装基准线，基础复验和放线及钢架应符合GB50273《锅炉安装工程施工及验收规范》的要求。

Constructaccordingtothebasicblueprint.TheConstructionDepartmentwilldecideonthedepthofthebasebasedontheconditionofthesoilandtheloadoftheboiler.Inadvance,thespiralresidualholeshouldbedugalongwithholesoftheresidualandacceleratorthatshouldbeburied,dustingmachineandholesforachingofthefanningmachine.Thesurfaceofthebaseshouldbesmoothwithtoleranceofunevennessoflessthan3millimeters.Afterthebasesareinspectedtofitthestandards,drawthebaselineforboilerinstallationaccordingtotheboilerblueprints.

6.设备验收Inspectionoftheequipments

（1）锅炉运抵后，在15天内按制造厂的出厂清单，对零件进行清点，根据锅炉安装图复核设备的完整性，检查锅炉大件在运输途中是否有损坏变形等情况，如有缺件或损坏必须在一个月内（指我厂发货日期起）与我厂联系，逾期不予受理。

Aftertheboileristransported,inspectionandcheckingshouldbedonewithin15daysofthedayofdepartingaccordingtothelistofthepackinglist.Baseontheboilerinstallationgraphdouble-checkthecompletenessoftheboiler.Checkifthereisanydamagetotheboilerintheprocessoftransportation.Anydamageorincompletenessmustbereportedtothefactorywithinonemonthofthedaytheboilerleftourfactory.Wearenotresponsibleforanythingoutsidetheone-monthperiod.

（2）锅炉安装前，用户单位应根据我厂提供的发货清单，进行备料，以防贻误锅炉安装周期。

Theclientshallpreparethematerialsasperthesuppliedpackinglistbeforetheboilerinstallationtoavoidtheinstallationdelay.

（3）锅炉运抵后，若不能立即安装，有关零部件应立即加涂防锈物，对锅炉及耐火材料做好防雨、防潮、防冻措施，以免损坏锅炉。

Whentheboilerpartsarrive,cannotbeimmediatelyinstallation.Thepartsshalldotherustpreventionworkanddotherain-proof,wet-proofandcold-proofworkfortherefractorymaterial.

五锅炉总体的安装Theinstallationofthemajorityoftheboiler

锅炉总体安装应遵守GB50273《锅炉安装工程施工及验收规范》的要求。

TheboilerinstallationshallaspertherequirementsofGB50273Codeforconstructionandacceptanceofinstallationengineeringofboiler.

1.链条炉排就位前，先将出渣机放入出渣机坑内。

Beforethechainstokerisinposition,firstplacetheresidualoftheresidualmachineintothehole.

2.链条炉排就位后应校正水平，允许倾斜不大于5毫米，如超过可用垫铁校正。
