2.OpenCATCOMStep-dolt.CATPartandselectmmasmodelunitbygoingtoTools+Options+General+Units.

▪YoucantoggleSaveasnewdocumenttospecifyanewinternalidentifier.

▪RegeneratinginternalidentifierswillavoidinstantiationconflictsinAssemblyDesign.

IfyouselectSaveasnewdocument,youmustclosetheCATCOMStep-Dolt.CATPartandopenthenewdocumentStep2.CATPart.

▪Tochangethepartnumber,selectontheTree‘PartNumber’andwithMB3choiceProperties.

▪YoucanclickAlt+Entertogetthesamefollowingwindow:

PlacemousecurseontheemptybackgroundandclickonMB3.

▪TodeleteBody.2,selectBody.2andclickontheKeyboardtheKey‘Delete’.
