togetherwithanyotherstatementsmadeinwritingbytheInsuredforthepurposeofthis

NowthisPolicyofinsurancewitnessesthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtothe

InsurersthepremiummentionedintheScheduleandsubjecttotheterms,exclusions,

provisionsandconditionscontainedhereinorendorsedhereontheInsurerswillindemnify

theInsuredinthemannerandtotheextenthereinafterprovided.

Generalexclusions一般

TheInsurerswillnotindemnifytheInsuredinrespectofloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyor

indirectlycausedbyorarisingoutoforaggravatedby

b）nuclearreaction,nuclearradiationorradioactivecontamination：

c）wilfulactorwilfulnegligenceoftheInsuredorofhisrepresentatives;

d）cessationofworkwhethertotalorpartial.

Inanyaction,suitorotherproceedingwheretheInsurersallegethatbyreasonofthe

provisionsofExclusiona）aboveanyloss,destruction,damageorliabilityisnotcovered

bythisinsurancetheburdenofprovingthatsuchloss,destruction,damageorliabilityis

coveredshallbeupontheInsured.Periodofcover

Theliabilityoftheinsurersshallcommence,notwithstandinganydatetothecontrary

specifiedintheSchedule,directlyuponcommencementofworkoraftertheunloadingof

theitemsenteredintheScheduleatthesite.TheInsurers'liabilityexpiresforpartsofthe

insuredcontractworkstakenoverorputintoservice.

AtthelatesttheinsuranceshallexpireonthedatespecifiedintheSchedule.Any

extensionsoftheperiodofinsurancearesubjecttothepriorwrittenconsentofthe

Insurers.Generalconditions

1.ThedueobservanceandfulfilmentofthetermsofthisPolicyinsofarastheyrelateto

anythingtobedoneorcompliedwithbytheInsuredandthetruthofthestatementsand

answersinthequestionnaireandproposalmadebytheInsuredshallbeacondition

precedenttoanyliabilityoftheInsurers.

2.TheScheduleandtheSection（s）shallbedeemedtobeincorporatedinandformpart

ofthisPolicyandtheexpression“thisPolicy"whereverusedinthiscontractshallberead

asincludingtheScheduleandtheSection（s）.Anywordorexpressiontowhichaspecific

meaninghasbeenattachedinanypartofthisPolicyoroftheScheduleoroftheSection（s）

shallbearsuchmeaningwhereveritmayappear.

3.TheInsuredshallathisownexpensetakeallreasonableprecautionsandcomplywith

allreasonablerecommendationsoftheInsurerstopreventloss,damageorliabilityand

complywithstatutoryrequirementsandmanufacturers'recommendations.

4.a）RepresentativesoftheInsurersshallatanyreasonabletimehavetherighttoinspect

andexaminetheriskandtheInsuredshallprovidetherepresentativesoftheInsurerswith

alldetailsandinformationnecessaryfortheassessmentoftherisk.

b）TheInsuredshallimmediatelynotifytheInsurersbytelegramandinwritingofany

materialchangeintheriskandcauseathisownexpensesuchadditionalprecautionsto

betakenascircumstancesmayrequire,andthescopeofcoverand/orpremiumshall,if

necessary,beadjustedaccordingly.
