面试经典题宝洁八大问

面试经典题“宝洁八大问”，原题解析外加答题模板

英文的行为面试访谈问题，每个题目往往都包含着一个主要的考查意图，比如说，有的题目考查的是创新能力，有的题目考查的是团队精神，而有的则考查的是领导能力。

这些考查意图会非常明显地在题目本身的KeyWords当中表现出来。

所以，在回答这种问题的时候，你的描述应该侧重于“What-S.T.A.R.-KeyWords描述法”中的KeyWords。

现在P&G的八大问似乎已经成为多个行业HR招聘的标杆问题，实际上他们也具有非常普遍的代表性，基本包含了外企公司所要考核的全部内容。

如果你感兴趣的是一家比较著名的外企公司，或者是一家相当不错的国内公司，请务必仔细准备下面这八大题目。

所以，在描述的时候要着重描述这个任务为什么这么demanding，有些什么具体的困难，你是怎么样一步一步去克服的。
