Itprobablyisn’tacoincidencethatwearelearningaboutthebenefitsofsilenceandmeditationjustatthemomentthattheworldisbecomingnoisierandbusierthanever.However,itisonethingtohearthis,readthis,andknowthisfundamentaltruthinanabstractway.It’ssomethingcompletelydifferenttofeelitandunderstanditthroughdirectexperience.Whathappenswhenyouleavebehindallthenoise,clearyourmind,andsitinsilence?
