Distinguishtherelativepronounsandrelativeadverb“who,whom,that,which,whose,when,where”.

Step1.lead-in
1.Showsomepicturesofanimalsandaskstudentstomakeaconversation:

…”请同学对话表演后,师适时用含有定语从句的句子归纳总结。
如:

当先行词指物时,关系代词用which/that.做宾语可以省略

先行词指人时,关系代词用who,that,whom.做宾语可以省略

3.conclusion关系副词有三种:
where:
在从句中作地点状语,指代地点.(on/in/at…which)
when:
在从句中作时间状语,指代时间。
(on/in…which)
why:
在从句中作原因状语,指代原因。

关系词判断步骤:
首先,要找先行词。
(人,物,地点,时间,原因)
然后,确定关系词在从句中的成分。
(主语,宾语,状语)
