Byintroducingthecurrentstatusofmainstreambeverageandprocessingtechnologyofsolidbeverageathomeandabroad,thispapersumsuptheexistingproblemsinthedevelopmentofdomesticsolidbeverage,andputsforwardthedevelopingdirectionofsolidbeverage.

Solidbeverageisavarietyofrawmaterials(sugar,fruitjuice,vegetableextractoilandotheringredients)blending,concentratedanddried,orvariousrawmaterialcrushing,mixinggranular,flakeorpowder,waterChongdiaoonlyafterdrinkingthebeverage[1,2,3].
AccordingtoGB7101-2003,thesolidbeverageintoproteinsoliddrinkandordinarysolidbeverage:
proteinsoliddrinkreferstomilkanddairyproductsandotheranimalandplantproteinasthemainrawmaterial,addingornotaddingtheproteincontentofsupplementarymaterialisgreaterthanorequalto4%oftheproducts;theordinarysolidbeveragereferstothefruitjuiceorbyroastcoffee,tea,chrysanthemumandotherplantextractsasthemainrawmaterial,addingornotaddingotherauxiliarymaterials,thecontentofproteinislowerthan4%oftheproducts.
Accordingtothecharacteristicsofthesolidbeverage,theproducthasthefollowingadvantages:
(1)thewatercontentofsolidbeverageisbelow5%.Itisnotonlyperishable,shelflifeislong,butthevolumeisgreatlyreduced,soitiseasytocarryandtransport;
(2)inthesoliddrink,oftenaddalotofnutritioussubstances,ifthevegetablejuice,milk,vitamins,aminoacids,honeyandsoon,allofthesearenecessaryforthehumanbody,peoplecanobtainrichnutritionindrinkingbeveragesatthesametime,beofgreatadvantagetothebody.
Solidbeveragebecauseoftheaboveadvantagesanditssimpleproductionprocess,productsalesincreasedsignificantlyeveryyear,themarketprospectisverybroad,[4,5].

Solidbeveragehasalonghistory,butbecauseofitslongshelflife,easytransportation,nutritionanddelicious,ithasdevelopedrapidlyinyield,variety,packageandfunction.
2.1foreignmainstreamvarietiesofsoliddrinks
Inforeigncountries,theUnitedStates,WesternEurope,Japanandothercountries,solidbeverageproductionannualgrowthrateofmorethan10%,themainstreamvarieties,fruitpowder,milkcoffee,instantteaetc..Inthemaltedmilkthanthewell-knownbrandofBritain'sAHuafield,Australiabeautygreen;UnitedStatesCourtcaseOrangeJuicefruitpowderclass;InstantCoffeeinSwitzerlandandtheUnitedStatesNestleKraftcompanyproducedInstantCoffeeandinstantcocoa;instantteawiththeUnitedStatesandSwitzerlandNestleLipton,krafttheinstanttea,instantlemontea.

InChina,theproductionofvariouskindsofsolidbeverageisalsoincreasingrapidly,anditsoutputhasaccountedformorethanhalfofalldrinks,andthesoliddrinksinmajorcitiesalloverthecountryaredevelopingveryfast.Atpresent,themainvarietiesofsolidbeveragemarketaresolidbeverage,tea,milkpowder,soymilkpowder,coffee,oatmealandsoon.Inaddition,withtheimprovementofpeople'slivingstandard,therearehigherrequirementsforthesolidbeveragetypeandnutrition,tomeetthemarketdemand,allkindsoffruit,cerealgrains,slimmingtea,milk,peanutpowder,SoybeanMilkcrystalcrystal,pumpkinpowderandothernewsolidbeveragehaveappearedonthemarket,itssalessituationisalsoverygood.
3statusofsolidbeverageprocessingtechnology
