Mexico’sButterflyForestisashelterprotectedbylaw,andoneofthecountry’smostpopularsights,butthathasn’tstoppedpeoplefromslowlybutsteadilydestroyingit.
IllegalwoodcuttingintheheartoftheMonarchButterflyBiosphereReservehasbeenalongstandingproblem,butcriminalsarerarelybroughttojustice.Theyareoftensetfreeafterpayingsomemoney.
