UASB-CASS工艺全称为厌养好氧二级处理活性污泥法,即污水通过调节沉淀池进入一级和二级UASB反应池,在厌氧状态下产生的沼气,与污泥碰撞引起附着气泡的污泥絮体脱气,污泥颗粒将沉淀到污泥床的表面。
出水进入CASS池实行连续进水、静态沉淀和间歇排水,对污染物质降解经历着“好氧—缺氧—厌氧”交替运行的过程,加之采用延时曝气与生物选择,有效地促进了难降解有机物的好氧生化。
在本次工艺中COD、BOD、SS的去除率达到:
99%、99%、97%,出水达到国家二级标准。
工艺由于投资和运行费用低、处理性能高,尤其是优异的脱磷除氮功能而越来越受到重视。
该工艺已在酒厂含油废水、食品废水、屠宰废水中得到广泛应用,尤其适用于工业污水和生活污水的处理。
