教学反思是教师在教学过程中的一种对教育教学得失的思考研究的过程。
本文通过对七年级一堂英语课的教学实践的思考，分析教学中的得失，阐述了在教学实践中如何进行教学反思，探索提高课堂效率的途径，促进教师的专业成长。

xx年九月二十七号我上了一节教学录像课，内容是新目标英语七年级上册第一单元第四课时—数字教学新授课。
通过教学，引导学生学会从对话中获取对方的电话号码等基本信息以及建立小组电话号码簿。
教学步骤共有八个环节：
StepOneRevision
本环节由学生们来完成，具体操作如下：
由轮到的值日小组做值日生报告，内容以呈现上节课的知识点为主。
做完后，教师提问其他同学，检测听的效果。
然后由其他同学给他们评分（2-5）。
由值日小组代替教师的角色，以提问的方式来检测同学们对上节课内容的掌握情况。
提问对象抽签决定，所问学生回答完毕后，由提问人根据回答评分（1-3）。
小结：
此环节的设计充分体现了学生之间的互动，同时将讲台变为学生的展台。
学生的互评更激发了学生学习的主动性和主人翁的态度。
StepTwoWarmingup
Enjoythesong“TenLittleIndianBoys”
通过欣赏歌曲，可以有效地调节课堂气氛，同时自然地引出本课时的教学目标1.学习0-9这十个数字。
接着通过谈论数字在生活中的运用引出教学目标；
2.询问和给出电话号码。

小结：
本环节主要呈现教学内容，很多学生能按顺序背诵从1-10的数字，但是不按顺序的朗读还是很困难，所以通过各种各样的游戏，让学生在玩中学，学中玩，从而使学生更有效的掌握数字。
从生活实际中常用的电话号码入手，一方面简单易学，另一方面与学生的实际生活紧密相连，学生有认同感，有话可说。
同时自然地导入了本课的目标语。
此环节的设计充分让师生、生生互动，同时将讲台变为学生的练台。

小结：
此环节主要是听力训练。
听力过程中让学生通过两人小组活动校对答案，可以使学生产生互动的学习效果。
如答案不一致，学生在听下一遍的时候能更加集中注意力，这比教师直接报答案的效果来得更好。

此环节主要是通过学生间的互找互问巩固本课时的学习内容。
布置任务主要是培养学生的动手能力，展示学生的个性。
所以课后对各小组的作品进行展览、评比，最后放进学生的档案袋。

我在这节课中充分的利用丰富的英语教学资源教学，如：
利用多媒体和数字卡片把枯燥的数字教活了，为英语课堂带来了生机和活力。
同时，问题导学贯穿整堂课，问，随时随地。
让课堂真正地以问号开始，以问号结束。
让学生一直处于一种思维状态。
整堂课教学步骤清晰，思路顺畅，目标明确。
充分体现了学生的主导地位，同时渗透了情感教育，如：
生活中的重要电话号码，可以帮助学生提高自我保护意识，增强社会责任感。
但教学过程中，后面时间有点紧，所以最后的任务是布置学生课后完成。
造成时间紧张的原因有三点，一是学生提问复习时有点拖拉；二是在进行数字链游戏时学生没做过，有点迟缓；三是数字教学用的时间超时了。
所以，以后在时间观念上还要加强。
总之，学生的学习效果总的来说令人满意。
也从此让我懂得英语教师也应该用一种新的眼光来看待英语教学。
这种新的眼光可以使我们每一位教师更富有创造性，更紧跟时代，更令人满意。
所以教育理念的更新也势在必行。

1.教材分析
通过本单元学习，帮助学生掌握表达身体部位的名称及五官的名称，描述人的外貌特征并用简单的英语表达自己的情感和身体某部位的不舒服。
