“Thisgenderdifferencemightjustexplainwhywomenlivelongerthanmen,”saidGoldspink.Theystudiedmorethan250healthymenandwomenbetweentheagesof18and80,focusingonhealthypersonstoremovetheconfusinginfluenceofdisease.“Theteamhasyettofindwhyageingtakesagreaterlossonthemaleheart,”saidGoldspink.
