Otherexpertsfeelthatgivingtheworkerfreedomtodohisjobinhisownwayisimportant.Thereisnodoubtthatthisistrue.Theproblemisthatthiskindoffreedomcannoteasilybegiveninthemodemfactorywithitscomplicatedmachinerywhichmustbeusedinafixedway.Thus,althoughfreedomofchoicemaybeimportant,usuallyverylittlecanbedonetocreateit.
