ABSTRACT
Purpose:
ThethesisisaimatanalyzingthecurrentsituationinChineseautomaticlogistics,findingproblemsofthethirdpartylogisticstoChineseautomatic,andtakessomepositivemeasurestosolvetheseproblems,andattempttoexplorefeasibleandconstructivestrategiesforChineseautomaticsectortogainmorecompetencetogointernationalmarket.
Design/Methodology/Approach:
Literaturewasreviewed.ExperiencedlogisticsmanagersforanexampleChineseautomotivecompanieswasinterviewed,andresultswereanalysed.casestudiesofChineseautomotiveDongfengcompanieswaspreparedinordertounderstandthecurrentlogisticssituationandprobleminChineseautomotiveindustry.
Findings:
Undertheinfluenceoftheglobaleconomyintegration,Chinahasalreadybeenrapidthirdpartylogisticscountries.3PLofourcountryisattheinitialstageofdevelopment,andaregeographicallyconcentrateddistribution,thefuturemarketpotentialisverygreat.ThefirstmainfactorstopromotetheChina'slogisticsisthatmultinationalcompaniesaremorebusinesstoChinaandthroughoutsourcingtheirextensivelogisticsfunctiontoreducesupplychaincost;secondistheChinacompanyfacesreducecostandincreasesthedemandoflogisticsoutsourcing;thelastisanimportantfactorofgovernmentincentivesandstimulatingthefastgrowththelogisticsmarketinChina.
ResearchLimitations/Implications:
Thetermsandexpressionofmeaningmightnotbeexact.ThissampleseemsnottorepresentcurrentsituationinallChineseautomotiveindustry,andlackofcertainrepresentativeness.Thedataiscomplexanddisorderfromthedifferentsample,allthisindicatetheuncertaintyandcomplicationofunderstandingthirdpartylogisticsinChineseautomotiveindustry.Thepaperbasicallyisbasedonthetheoreticalmodel,itstillhasalotofshortcomingsstillfurtherandexplore.Forthedeficiencies,needsfurtherstudyinthefuturework.
