Theseremnants(剩余部分)ofwildernessarehometounparalleledmarinelife,sustaininglargepredatorsandhighlevelsofgeneticdiversity.Thelackofhumanimpactcanalsomakethemhighlyresilienttorisingseatemperatures,whichcannotbehaltedwithoutglobaleffortstoreduceemissions.
