TestPurpose:

Todetectpartshavinglowstrengthwhichmighttwistoffduringdrivingorseating.

测试目的：

为检查零件是否因为扭力不足而在组装或旋紧时扭断.

Procedure:

测试程序

APlacethesplitcolletintothecolletholderandscrewthefastenerintothecolletsuchthataminimumof2fullthreadsareinthecolletandaminimumof2threadsareabovethecollet.

将螺丝置入测试夹具中再将夹具放入夹具座，螺丝至少应有两个完全牙在夹具中，两牙在夹具上方.

4.11.3TorsionalStrengthTest.Screwsshallbesecurelyclampedbysuitablemeans,suchthattheclampedportionthreadsarenotdamagedandthatatleasttwofullthreadsprojectabovetheclampingdevice,andthatatleasttwofullthreadsexclusiveofpoint,flutes,orendslot,areheldwithintheclampingdevice.（Ablindholemaybeusedinplaceofathreadedclampingdevice,providedtheholedepthsissuchastoinsurethatbreakagewilloccurbeyondthepointorthefulllengthoftheflutesorendslot）.Bymeansof
