Logisticsconsistsoffourkeycomponents:

therealflow,realstorage,andmanagementtocoordinatetheflowofinformation.Theprimaryfunctionoflogisticsistocreatetimeandspaceeffectivenessoftheeffectivenessofthemainwaystoovercomethespacethroughthestoragedistance.

Third-partylogisticsinthelogisticschannelservicesprovidedbybrokers,middlemenintheformofthecontractwithinacertainperiodoftimerequiredtoprovidelogisticsservicesinwholeorinpart.Isathird-partylogisticscompaniesfortheexternalcustomermanagement,controlandoperationoftheprovisionoflogisticsservicescompany.

First,theadvantagesofusingathird-partylogistics

Theuseofthird-partylogisticsenterprisescanyieldmanybenefits,mainlyreflectedin:

1,focusoncorebusiness

Manufacturerscanuseathird-partylogisticscompaniestoachieveoptimaldistributionofresources,limitedhumanandfinancialresourcestoconcentrateontheircoreenergy,tofocusonthedevelopmentofbasicskills,developnewproductsintheworldcompetition,andenhancethecorecompetitivenessofenterprises.

2,cost-saving

Professionaluseofthird-partylogisticsproviders,theprofessionaladvantagesofmassproductionandcostadvantages,byprovidingthelinkcapacityutilizationtoachievecostsavings,sothatenterprisescanbenefitfromtheseparationofthecoststructure.Manufacturingenterpriseswiththeexpansionofmarketingservicestoparticipateinanydegreeofdepth,wouldgiverisetoasubstantialincreaseincosts,onlytheuseofprofessionalservicesprovidedbypublicservices,inordertominimizeadditionallosses.UniversityofTennesseeinaccordancewiththeUnitedStates,UnitedKingdomandtheUnitedStatesEXELcompanyEMST&YOUNGconsultingfirmco-organizedasurvey:

3,reductionofinventory

Third-partylogisticsserviceproviderswithwell-plannedlogisticsandtimelydeliverymeans,tominimizeinventory,improvecashflowoftheenterprisetoachievecostadvantages.

4,enhancethecorporateimage

Third-partylogisticsserviceprovidersandcustomersisastrategicpartnership,theuseofthird-partylogisticsproviderofcomprehensivefacilitiesandtrainedstaffonthewholesupplychaintoachievecompletecontrol,reducingthecomplexityoflogistics,throughtheirownnetworkstohelpimprovecustomerservice,notonlytoestablishtheirownbrandimage,butalsocustomersinthecompetition.

Second,Thepurposeoftheimplementationoflogisticsmanagement

Thepurposeoftheimplementationoflogisticsmanagementistothelowestpossibletotalcostofconditionstoachievetheestablishedlevelofcustomerservice,orserviceadvantagesandseekcostadvantagesofadynamicequilibrium,andthuscreatecompetitiveenterprisesinthestrategicadvantage.Accordingtothisgoal,logisticsmanagementtosolvethebasicproblem,simplyput,istotherightproductstofitthenumberandtherightpriceattherighttimeandsuitablesitesavailabletocustomers.

Third,China'senterprisesintheuseofthird-partylogisticsproblemsin

Whilethird-partylogisticscompanyhasmanyadvantages,butnotmanyenterpriseswillbemoreoutsourcingofthelogisticsbusiness,thereasonsboildownto:

1,resistancetochange

Manycompaniesdonotwantthewaythroughthelogisticsoutsourcingeffortstochangethecurrentmode.Inparticular,somestate-ownedenterprises,wereflowwillalsomeanthatthedismissalofoutsourcingalargenumberofemployees,whichthemanagersofstate-ownedenterpriseswouldmeanaverygreatrisk.

2,lackofawareness

Forthird-partylogisticsenterprise'sgenerallylowlevelofawareness,lackofawarenessofenterprisesupplychainmanagementintheenterpriseofthegreatroleinthecompetition.

3,fearoflosingcontrol

Asaresultoftheimplementationofsupplychaincompaniesinenhancingthecompetitivenessoftheimportantrolethatmanycompanieswouldratherhaveasmallbutcompletelogisticsdepartmentandtheydonotpreferthesefunctionswillbehandedovertoothers,themainreasonsitisworriedthatiftheylosetheinternallogisticscapabilities,customerswillbeexchangesandover-relianceonotherthird-partylogisticscompanies.

4,thelogisticsoutsourcinghasitsowncomplexity

Supplychainlogisticsbusinessandcompaniesareusuallyotherservices,suchasfinance,marketingorproductionofintegratedlogisticsoutsourcingitselfwithcomplexity.Onanumberofpracticalbusiness,includingtheintegrationoftransportandstoragemayleadtoorganizational,administrativeandimplementationproblems.Inaddition,thecompany'sinternalinformationsystemintegrationfeatures,makingthelogisticsbusinesstoathirdpartylogisticscompanieshavebecomeverydifficulttooperate.

5,tomeasuretheeffectoflogisticsoutsourcingbymanyfactors

Fourth,China'sthird-partylogisticscompaniesinthedevelopmentoftheproblemsencountered

Asuccessfullogisticscompany,theoperatormusthavealargerscale,theestablishmentofeffectiveregionalcoveragearea,withastrongcommandandcontrolcenterwiththehighstandardofintegratedtechnical,financialresourcesandbusinessstrategy.

China'sthird-partylogisticscompaniesinthedevelopmentoftheproblemsencounteredcanbesummarizedasfollows:

1,operatingmodel

Atpresent,mostoftheworld'slargestlogisticscompaniestaketheheadofficeandbranchsystem,centralizedheadquarters-stylelogisticsoperationtotaketotheimplementationofverticalbusinessmanagement.Theestablishmentofamodernlogisticsenterprisemusthaveastrong,flexiblecommandandcontrolcentertocontroltheentirelogisticsoperationsandcoordination.Realmustbeamodernlogisticscenter,aprofitcenter,businessorganizations,theframework,theinstitutionalformofeverymatchwithacenter.China'slogisticsenterprisesintheoperatingmodeoftheproblemsofforeignlogisticsenterprisesinthemanagementmodelshouldbefromthedomesticlogisticsenterprises.
