1Scope范围

Thisprocedureshallapplytomaterialhandling&transportation,prefabrication,installation,examination,pressuretesting,cleaning,paintingofpipinginNanhaiHDPE/PPplant.

本程序适用于南海石化项目PP+HDPE装置管道现场装卸、倒运、预制、安装、检验、试验、清扫、防腐的施工。

3管道工作程序Workingprocedure

施工准备→材料复验、标识→管道预制→管子除锈防腐和刷漆→安装→管道冲洗与吹扫→管道压力试验→管道排放和干燥→管道复位→管线防腐补口→施工质量记录和检查报告整理提交

Preparation→Materialrecheck&marking→Pipeprefabrication→Sandblasting&painting→Pipeinstallation→Pipelineflushing&blowing→Hydrotest→Blowdown&drying→Reinstatement→Pipingjointpaintting→Preparation&submissionofrecords&inspectionreports.

4施工准备CONSTRUCTIONPREPARATION

施工准备包括施工技术准备、特殊作业人员上岗培训准备、现场准备。

Constructionpreparationshallincludetechnicalpreparation,spooling,preparationfortrainingofspecialcraftstaffbeforeserviceandsitepreparation.

4.1施工技术准备PREPARATIONOFCONSTRUCTIONTECHNIQUE

a）图纸审查ReviewofDrawings

施工前由管道、焊接、防腐等有关专业工程师进行工艺审图，包括：

管道组成件应完整、齐全，管道的连接形式、材料编号等清楚。

Beforestartingconstruction,engineersofvariousdisciplinessuchaspiping,weldingandanti-corrosionetc.shallconductdrawingreviews,whichshallincludecheckingforthecompletenessofpipefittingsandcomponents,typeofjointsandmaterialcodenumberetc.

b）编制管线预制、安装作业程序和管线质量检验计划

PreparationofPipePrefabrication&InstallationProcedureandPipingQualityPlan

施工前根据该工程的特点及要求，由管道工程师编制管线预制和安装作业程序、管道水压试验和冲洗程序、气体泄漏性试验程序；QC工程师编制管线质量检验计划，并上报项目管理承包商审批。

Beforestartingconstruction,pipingengineersshall,accordingtothecharacteristicsandrequirementsoftheWorks,preparepipeprefabricationandinstallationprocedure,pipinghydrotestandflushingprocedure,procedureforairtightnesstestandQCengineersshallpreparepipingqualityplan.TheprepareddocumentsshallbesubmittedtoPMCforapproval.

c）技术交底TechnicalPresentation

所有参加施工人员都要接收技术交底，熟悉施工程序及要求，熟悉施工进度计划、各工序的衔接。

Allthosewhoareinvolvedinconstructionarerequiredtoparticipateintechnicalpresentationandfamiliarizethemselveswithconstructionprocedures,requirements,constructionscheduleandinterfacesbetweentheprecedingactivitiesandsucceedingactivities.

d）压力管道报装PressurePipingInstallation

管道安装前，项目经理部应对压力管道向当地主管部门递交管道安装申请报告，并存档备查。

Requestforpipeinstallationshallbesubmittedtothelocalauthoritiesconcernedpriortoinstallationandshallbekeptonfileforfurtherreference.

e）管道分段Spooling

SpoolingshallbemadebydraftmenandapprovedbyTCMengineerpriototheprefabrication.

f）准备/编制施工记录表格PreparationofConstructionRecordForms

根据设计规范或项目管理承包商要求确定施工记录表格式，根据公司相关技术管理规定和质量体系程序文件要求选定质量体系运行记录表格。

ConstructionrecordformsshallbedeterminedaccordingtothedesignspecificationorPMC’srequirements.Qualitysystemoperationrecordformsshallbechosenaccordingtothe6thCC’srelevanttechnicalmanagementregulationandtherequirementsofqualitysystemprocedures.

4.2参与管道预制和安装的焊工必须按照批准的程序通过考核并获得相应的证书。

Allweldersengagedinpipeprefabricationandinstallationshallbequalifiedinaccordancewithapprovedprocedureandshallobtainrelevantcertificate.

4.3现场准备SitePreparation

搭建管道预制场、阀门试验场。

施工用机具均已进入现场且能力得到确认。

Buildpipeprefabricationworkshopandvalvecalibrationroom.Constructionequipmenthavebeenmobilizedtothesiteandpassed
