这是由CMA建筑事务所设计的W别墅项目，这个项目位于一个朝着西南的斜坡上，有着向着陶努斯山区的美丽景色，这些也是影响这个别墅设计的重要元素。

建筑的几何形式在附近邻里建筑的形式之间中和，呈现出一个漂浮在下面U形起居空间之上的白色L形卧室体量造型，地下室深嵌入斜坡，包含客房和健身水疗。

设计采用地热能作为整个空间的能源供给。

Setonasouthwesternslope，theviewoverthehillylandscapeofTaunusinspiredtheshapeofthisstructure.Thebuilding’sgeometrymediatesbetweentheneighboringstructures.Awhite，L-shapedvolume–containingthebedroomsontheupperfloor–hoversovertheU-shapedlivingareaonthegroundfloor.Thebasementisextensivelyinscribedintotheslopeandcontainstheguest-andtheWellness/SPA-area.Thelackofagassupplylinewastheinitialpointfordevelopingthestructure’senergyscheme.Thelatterimpliedtheusageofgeothermalenergybeingthemostecologicallyworthwhileandforward-lookingsolution.
