消控人员接到火灾自动报警系统的火警报警信号：
ØInformthedutysupervisorandsecuritiesnearbyatonce.
用对讲机立即通知当班主管和火警附近的保安员。
ØInformtheoperatorbyphone.
用电话通知总机。
ØReportthefirelocationclearlybyusingstandardlanguage.
使用标准语言报清楚火警具体位置。
WhenoperatorgetsreportfromCCTVRoom,themessagemustbeimmediatelyreportedtofollowingpersons:
总机接到消控中心火警报告后，立即通知：

工程部值班工程师携带应急照明灯及相关工具。
Arriveatthefiresite,inspectthereasonofthefirespeedyandtaketheefficiencymeasurestocontrolthesituation.
上述人员到达火警现场后，应迅速查明火警原因，采取有效措施进行处置：
ØIffireiscausedbyfog,smoke,powderorstrongstimulatesmell,firstlyshouldmakethevenueairy,andrelievethefirealarm.TheninformtheCCTVtoresetthehostfiredevice.
由于烟雾，蒸汽，粉尘，强刺激气味等引起的报警，因采取通风，即解除火警。
通知消防中心将消防主机复位。
ØIfFirealarmiscausedbytheautomaticalarmsysteminternalmalfunction,thedutyengineershouldimmediatelyarrangetorepairthemalfunction.
由于火灾自动报警系统内部故障引起的误警，值班工程师应立即安排维修，排除故障。
ØFirehasbeenputout,informtheCCTVRoomtoenterfirealarmstageI,reportthesituationtoalldutymanagersanddepartmentmanagers.SecuritymanagerneedreportthecauseandprocessingsituationtoGMandprepareadetailanalysisreportaftertheevent.
有明火但已被扑灭，通知消控中心进入一级火警程序，并告知值班经理和所属部门经理。
保安部报告总经理灭火过程及火灾起因，事后做详细分析与汇报。
ØIffireisspreadingspeedy,informCCTVRoomtoenterfirealarmstageⅡimmediately,taketheefficiencymeasurestocontrolthefirespreading.
有明火但火势较大，迅速通知消控中心进入二级火警程序，并采取有效措施控制火势蔓延。

Advancetheguestandstaff’sabilityofself-preventionandself-succor,usethefireextinguishercorrectlytocontrolthefire.Putoutthefireatthebeginningbygoodplanningandorganizing,leadtheguestevacuationsafety.
提高宾客员工的自防自救能力，正确使用灭火器材控制火势蔓延。
有计划，有组织有准备地把大火扑灭在初始阶段，引导宾客安全疏散。
Undernocircumstancesisanyonetocallthefirebrigadedirectly，mustgetthecommandfromthehighestofficerofhotelbeforecallthefirebrigade（119）throughoperator.
在任何情况下，任何人都不要直接打电话给政府消防队，必须在酒店最高管理者命令下，通过总机报政府消防队（119）。
Anystaffdiscoveringafireorseeingsmokemustdial“88119”toinformtheCCTVRoomofthedetaillocationofthefire.
任何一名员工当发现有明火或见有起烟雾时，必须立即拔打“88119”通知消控中心，并告知起火地的具体位置。
ØDonotpanic.Ifthefireissmall,trytoextinguishthefireorhydrant.However,donottakeanyriskshouldyoufeelthatthefireisunmanageable,foryourownsafety.
切勿惊慌，如果火势较小时应该试着用附近的灭火器材，如灭火器或消火栓进行扑救。
然而当感觉火势扑救无法自我控制，危及到个人安全切勿承担风险。
ØReassureallgueststoavoidpanic.Ifanevacuationorderisreceived（onlyunderGMinstruction）,informallguestsinacalmmanneranddirectthemtoleaveviafirestaircases.“DONOTUSEANYELEVATORFOREVACUATION’.
安抚所有客人请勿惊慌。
当接到疏散宾客的命令时，应通知所有宾客保持镇定并指引他们从防火楼梯进行疏散。
“严禁使用电梯进行疏散”。

火灾造成的损失较小；

此类火灾能使用灭火器或其他物品将其扑灭。
ØStageⅡFireSituation二级火灾情景
1.ThefireisoutofcontrolbeyondStageⅠ.
火情已超出一级火灾；
2.Spreadingriskisconspicuous,generatingmuchsmoke.
火势有明显扩散趋势，并产生浓烟；
3.ThefireisinastatewhichcanbeputoutbythecompulsoryfirepreventionteamandEmergencyStand-byTeam.
此类火灾可由义务消防队及紧急事故处理小组将其扑灭。
ØStageⅢFireSituation三级火灾情景
1.Thefirepresentsastateofemergency.Outofcontrol,beyondstageⅡ,withstrongersmokespreadingupstairs.
火情已超出二级火灾，浓烟向上扩散；

二级火灾与三级火灾的划分由防火负责人（保安部经理）在火灾现场进行判断，火势情况的变化要及时通报给总经理。
*AfterinsurestageⅢfire,CCTVRoommustgetthecommandfromthehighestofficerofhotelbeforecallthefirebrigadethroughoperator.
确认是三级火灾后，消控中心必须得到酒店最高管理者的指令，通过总机向政府消防队报警。

一级火灾的控制（扑救行动在三分钟内进行）
1.ActionstobetakenbytheFirstObserver;toputoutthefirebytheextinguisherorothermeans,onlybytrainedupperson,withouttakinganyrisk.
第一时间发现火情者扑救行动；运用灭火器或其他灭火器材，但扑救人员必须是事先接受过培训且切勿承担危险。
2.MeasurestobetakenwhenthefacilitiesonFireControlRoomindicateafire;tobeextinguishedimmediatelybythefireextinguisher.
在消防控制设备显示出现有火灾时；立即由消防员用灭火器将其扑灭。
ØControlofstageⅡfire（actiontobetakenwithinfiveminutes）
二级火灾的控制（扑救行动在五分钟内进行）
1.Firefightingactivities扑救行动：
Thesecuritymanagerwilldirecttheactivitiesinpersonatthefiresite.
保安部经理将在火灾现场安排人员进行扑救；
.*Mobilizethecompulsoryfirepreventionteamandfirefightingteamattheplaceofthefireandproceedwithfire-fightingactivities.
召集义务消防队，组织灭火作战组到火灾现场并进行火灾扑救工作；
*Mobilizetheemergencystand-byteambyconfidentialbroadcastandassigneddutiessuchascontroloffireorpreventionofpropertydamage.
通过应急广播召集动员紧急事故处理小组并布置工作任务，如进行扑救或保护资产不受到破坏。
