1.Effectoftemperatureontherelay

4.Theinfluenceofinsulationvoltagetorelay

5.Contactoutput(in)theinfluenceofpickupcircuitload

Mainlyreferstocontactloadproperties,suchas:

lightload,motorload,inductors,contactor(relays)coil,resistancesexload,etc;Contactloadmeasure(open-circuitvoltagevalue,closed-circuitcurrentvalue),belike:

2.Relaycontactsofparallelandseriesrelaycontactsparalleluseddoesn'timproveitsloadcurrentrelay,becausemanygroupsofthecontact'sactionisabsolutelynotsimultaneouslymovement,namelyfirstconnectwiththegroup1contactsfirstswitchenhancedload,andparallelothercontactshaven'taction,itiseasytomakecontactsdamagewithoutcontactorweldedwhichcouldnotdisconnect,contactsto"break"parallelerrorcanbereducedfailurerate,butto"stick"mistakes,bycontrast,dueto"break"contactsmistakesasthemainfailuremodes,itshallbesuretoimprovereliabilityinparallel,canuseinkeyparts.Forexample:

Contactscanimproveitsloadvoltageseries,improvemultiplesnamelyforthetandemcontactsthenumberofgroups,contactsintheseriesof"stick"mistakescanincreaseitsreliability,butto"break"mistakesopposite.Forexample:
