researchlubricationpropertiesCompressorpartsofthefrictionbearingstoreducefrictioncharacteristicsofpower,improvetheefficiencyofthecompressor;reduceleakagelossestoimprovetheefficiencyofthecompressor;usingfrequencymodulationtechnologyorrefrigerationsystemthroughtheeffortwiththeuserloadtomatchthebestenergysavingInthisregardtheparticularfrequencytechnologyhasbeenrelativelymaturewellknownandnotrepeatthemhere.ValveResearchisanoldtopicbutitisalsoaneternaltopic,ImprovementofthevalvedesignedtoimprovetheefficiencyofthecompressoralsoNagamochiendlessharvest.Researchinthisareamanytimes,fromthevalvematerial,sportslaw,optimizingthestructureoftheapplicabletheory,exhaustivetestingmethods.Inshort,energy-savingcompressorsontheresearchinrecentyearshasbecomeoneoftherefrigerationindustryfirsthotissues.
Inrecentyears,domesticrefrigerationcompressorindustrytostudyenergy-savingproductsarealsogivinggreatconcern.Progresslargerproductsmainlyrefrigeratorcompressorindustry.InChinaefficientrefrigeratorsGEFprojectstopromoteandsupport,boththeenterprisesforenergy-efficientproductsistheunderstandingoftheperformanceofrefrigeratorcompressorshaveaqualitativeleap.Atpresent,domesticenterprisesrefrigeratorcompressorproductsofthehighestenergyefficiencyhasreached1.95%.Refrigeratorcompressordomesticenterprisestotakealotoftechnicalmeasuressuchashighefficiencymotorsorsynchronousmotor,concavevalves,Planethrustbearing,lowviscositylubricants,thenewGettermuffler,reducingfrictionlosses,andachievedgreatresults.Themainproblemisthelackofdomesticenterprisescurrentlyfreetechnology,thetechnologyhastoimitatethelinemainly,Mostoftheenterprisestobuildtheirowntechnologyinfrastructurealsounconscious,northeinterest,andthisrestrictsthedevelopmentoftechnologicalcapacity.

2.Compressornoiseandvibrationstudy
