S曲线无碳小车设计

摘要
S曲线无碳小车来自全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛命题,本文通过认
真分析任务要求,确定小车应有的功能,完成了方案设计、技术设计和加工装
配调试三个阶段,制作出了行驶平稳轻巧,效率高且转弯半径、周期可调的小
车,并提出了提高零件精度和增加赛道校准装置的改进方向。
在方案设计中,根据功能性需求,小车按模块化设计可分为六个部分:
车
架、原动机构、传动机构、转向机构、驱动系统、微调机构,对每个部分采用
扩展性思维寻求多种可行方案,并综合考虑功能实现、加工装配、成本可行性
等因素进行优化设计。
其中,车架为骨架式玻纤板,原动机构采用滑轮组和变径绕线轴、转向机
构采用关节轴承连接的曲柄连杆机构、驱动系统采用单轮差速、微调机构采用
细螺纹调节摇杆与连杆长度以及微调圆盘调节曲柄长度。
在技术设计中,采用现代机械设计方法,通过MATLAB建模做能耗规律
和运动学分析,设计关键参数,并使用SolidWorks仿真分析,绘制图纸。

Abstract
Thenon-carboncarofScurveisfromthenationalcomprehensiveability
trainingcontestofcollegestudentsofengineering,inthispaper,throughcareful
analysisofmissionrequirements,thecar'sfunctionisdetermined.Itcompletedthe
threephaseoftechnicaldesignandassemblydesign,debugging,producedastable
runninglightweight,highefficiencyandturningradius,adjustablecyclecart,and
putforwardtheimprovementdirectionofimprovingtheaccuracyofpartsand
addingthetrackcalibrationdevice.
Inthedesignofthescheme,concerningthefunctionalrequirements,according
tothemodulardesigning,thecarcanbedividedintosixparts:
frame,driving
mechanism,transmissionmechanism,asteeringmechanism,drivingsystem,
adjustmentmechanism.Foreachpart,itusedtheextendedthinkingtoseeka
varietyofoptions,andconsiderfactors,suchastherealizationofthefunction,
processingandassembling,costandfeasibility,tooptimizethedesign.
Amongthem,theframeisframetypeofglassplate,drivingmechanismadopts
groupandvariablediameterpulleyspool,thesteeringmechanismadoptsacrank
connectingrodmechanism,connectedbyjointbearing,drivingsystemhasa
differentialsinglewheel,adjustingmechanismusesfinethreadtoadjustthelength
ofrockerandtheconnectingrod,andthetrimmingdisctoadjustcranklength.
Inthetechnicaldesign,usingthemoderndesignmethod,itmadeenergy
consumptionanalysisoflawandkinematicsbytheMATLABmodeling,designed
keyparameters,thendidSolidWorkssimulation,andproduceddrawings.
