2003/15/ECAmending76/768/EEC修订Nomoreanimaltest不再有动物测试Manufacturerswillbeallowedtoclaimthatnoanimaltestinghasbeencarriedoutforthedevelopmentoftheirproducts.生产者可以声明该产品在开发过程中没有使用动物测试Guidelinesforsuchclaimswillbepublished.声明的指引将会发布Dangeroussubstancesbanned禁止危险物质Substancesclassifiedascarcinogenic,mutagenicortoxicforreproduction,ofcategory1,2and3,underAnnexItoDirective67/548/EECshallbeprohibitedforuseincosmeticproducts.被归入致癌、生殖诱变或毒性的物质不能在化妆品中使用Testingeverywhereformarketsanywhere

2003/15/ECAmending76/768/EEC修订Additionallabelling额外的标签Cosmeticwithminimumdurability>30monthsshallbelabelledanewopencreamjarsymbol+period（inmonthsand/oryearsafteropeningduringtheycanbeusedwithoutharmtoconsumer.有效期>30月的化妆品须标识：

新开瓶标志+周期（月和/或年）“Aroma”willreplace“flavour”“Aroma”代替“flavour“Useof“+/-”infrontofcolourantspermitted在允许使用的着色剂前加上“+/-”AddofsubstancesinAnnexIIIwhosepresencemustbeshow在附录III中增加的物质必须标明Testingeverywhereformarketsanywhere
