7.1工作时间
7.1Workinghours
工作时间将根据员工所在的当地分公司的制度来确定,可以是下列时间安排之一:

Allemployeesarerequiredtousethefingerprintscanningmachineortheirswipecardwhentheyarriveandleavework.
如员工因打卡机损坏、停电、忘带门卡等原因无法打卡,则应及时按要求填写《未打卡说明》并经其主管领导签字批准;
Whenanemployeeisunabletousetheattendancetrackingdevicesduetomachinefault,poweroutages,absenceoftheentrancecardorotherreasons,he/sheisrequiredtofilloutthe"Non-AttendanceForm”andhaveitsignedbyhis/hersupervisor.
到达公司的时间晚于公司规定时间的行为,视为迟到。

在未事先请假的情况下,晚于11点至公司上班,将视作旷工半天;晚于15:

违反公司考勤制度的员工,将依照公司的规章制度予以处分。

7.2请假流程
7.2NotificationProcedureforNonAttendance
员工需要出差,他(她)应填写《公出及出差申请表》,根据需要及时由其主管领导审批。
如果这次出差不能事先得到批准,应在出差返回后1个工作日内完成审批程序。
Whenanemployeeisrequiredtoattendabusinesstrip,he/sheshouldfillouttherelevant“TravelApprovalForm”inatimelymannerasrequiredandhaveitsignedbyhis/hersupervisorbeforetakingthetrip.Ifthetripcannotgetapprovedbeforehand,theapprovalprocedureshouldbecompletedwithin1workingdayuponreturnfromthebusinesstrip.
《未打卡说明》,《公出及出差申请表》及《休假申请表》应该由员工本人在当天上班第一时间提交给部门主管。
部门主管汇总之后,在每月1号之前,提交到人力资源部备案。
确认后这些表单将用作出勤记录信息。
“NonAttendanceTrackerForm“,“ApplicationFormforBusinessTrip“and“LeaveApplicationForm“shouldbesubmittedtothedepartmentheadonthesameday,andthenforwardedtotheHRdepartmentafterasummarybeforethe1stworkingdayofeverymonth.
Whenanemployeeisonannualleave,sickleave,orpersonalleave,he/sheshouldcompletetherequiredapprovalprocedure,filloutthe“LeaveApplicationForm”andsendtheformtotheHumanResourcesdepartment.Intheeventofunexpectedoremergencyleave,theemployeeshouldnotifytheirsupervisordirectlyandHRdepartment1hourbeforetheirstarttime.Theemployeewillneedtosubmita“LeaveApplicationForm”and/ora“HospitalorMedicalCertificate“priortotheirleaveornolaterthanonedayaftertheirreturntotheoffice.
人力资源部每月10日18点前根据门禁系统生成的考勤数据及签到记录,《未打卡说明》,《公出及出差申请表》及《休假申请表》统计出所有员工考勤报表;

7.3加班
7.3OvertimeWorkPolicy
公司不提倡加班,员工应合理安排时间,提高工作效率,在工作时间内完成工作。
Thecompanydoesnotencourageovertimeasaworkpractice.Itistheemployee’sresponsibilitytomanagetheirdaywithinthestandardworkinghours.
公司管理层因工作原因要求员工加班时,将向员工发出安排加班的通知;
IntheeventthatemployeesarerequiredtoworkovertimebytheirManager,OTnoticewillbegiven.
加班的认定
OvertimeWorkApproval
员工因工作需要必须加班时,应填写《加班申请表》,总部由部门主管审批同意,分公司由当地MD审批同意。
批准之后的加班申请表应该送交到人力资源部作为出勤记录。
Whenovertimeisnecessary,theemployeeshallfillinthe“OvertimeApplicationForm”andobtainauthorizationfromtherelevantdepartmentManagerinHeadquartersorfromtheirMDinlocaloffices.ApprovedformsshallbeforwardedtoHRDept.forrecording.
所有未经事先审批的自愿延时工作行为,不按加班计算。
Workinghoursthathavenotbeenpreauthorizedinadvanceshallnotbecalculatedasovertime.
7.4病假
7.4Sickleave
在四个小时以内的病假可以直接通过休假申请程序申请,无需提供医院开具的诊断证明。
Sickleaveforaperiodoflessthanfourhourscanbeappliedfordirectlythroughtheleaveapplicationprocedure.AcertificateissuedbytheDoctor/hospitalisnotnecessary.
四个小时以上病假必须提供由所就诊的医院开具的诊断证明/病假单。
SickleaveforaperiodofabovefourhoursmustbesupportedwithacertificateissuedbytheDoctor/hospitalthatthestaffmemberattended.
每个员工有权在一个日历年期间享受带薪病假6天。
如果一名员工连续休病假超过6天,或累计的病假超过6天,或者计划去进行进一步治疗,其工资的支付将参考考勤和请假制度来执行,员工治疗期间的工资支付标准依据国家相关法规执行。

如果一名员工须因病停止工作暂时接受治疗或非因工受伤,他/她将有权接受3-24个月的医疗期。
医疗期长短将根据员工在XX网的服务期限来决定。

7.5事假
7.5PersonalLeave
直系家庭成员生病或发生意外等需要员工陪同的紧急情况,公司将给予员工短期无薪/带薪假,但请假的原因必须真实并经主管经理审核。
首先申请带薪年假,如果员工已经使用完年假和福利假,在其主管或经理的批准下,可以使用无薪事假。
TheCompanywillgrantshort-termunpaid/paidleavetocoveremployeesintimesofanemergencyduetoillnessoraccidenttoanimmediatefamilymemberordependent.ThispermissionwheretheemployeeisrequiredtobeoutoftheofficeisatthediscretionandapprovaloftheirManager.Theemployeemayrequestannualleaveinsuchinstance.Iftheemployeehasalreadytakentheirannualentitlement,theycantakepersonalleavewithoutpaysubjecttotheapprovalofhis/hersupervisororManager.
紧急情况可以是某个需要员工帮助或照顾人的任何意外或突发情况。
请假时间适用于不同情况,如生病、受伤或攻击、无人护理。
Anemergencycouldbeanyunexpectedorsuddeneventinvolvingsomeonewhodependsonyourhelporcare.Thesituationrequiringtheemployee’spresencecouldapplytoarangeofdifferentcircumstancessuchasillness,accidentorinjury.Inallcasestheemployee’spresenceisindispensable.
如因紧急情况需请假,必须在请假当天上班前一小时与主管经理沟通,并确定假期结束时间。
IntheeventthatyoumaybeabsentduetoemergencyleaveyoumustcontactyourManagerwithinonehourofnormalcommencementtimeonthefirstdayofabsence,agreeingonanexpectedreturndate.
公司有权对个别情况特别处理,可决定额外给予休假天数。
如员工被发现滥用紧急情况请假的,将会受到纪律处分。
TheCompanyreservestherighttotreateachcaseonanindividualbasisandadditionaldaysmaybeprovidedonadiscretionarybasis.Employeesfoundabusingtheirentitlementtoemergency/compassionateleavewillbesubjecttodisciplinaryprocedure.
7.6婚假
7.6Maritalleave
公司正式员工,依据《中华人民共和国婚姻法》规定办理结婚者,可申请婚假;
Full-timeemployeesgettingmarriedincompliancewiththemarriagelawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaareentitledtoapplyformaritalleave.
婚假至多为三天,符合晚婚条件者(男员工满25周岁,女员工满23周岁),可再增加晚婚假七天;分公司所在城市有不同规定的按当地政府规定执行。
Maritalleaveisnomorethanthreedays.Employeeswhomeetthelatemarriageagerequirements(25year-oldformale,and23year-oldforfemale)areentitledtoanextraseven-daymarriageleave.Iftherearedifferencesinbranchcities,theregionalregulationswillapply.
申请婚假应出示政府相关单位核发的结婚证明文件;
AMarriagecertificateissuedbyagovernmentaldepartmentisrequiredformarriageleaveapplication.
婚假为有薪假期。
Maritalleaveispaidleave.
在职期间取得结婚证书且在1年内使用,过时不予补休;
Maritalleavemustbetakenwithin1yearoftheissuancedateofthemarriagecertificateandcannotbereclaimedafteritsexpiration.
婚假为连续假期,包括周末和国家法定假日,不可预支,不折现,不累计。
员工再婚,只享受3天婚假
Maritalleaveisacontinuousholidaythatincludesweekendsandnationalholidays,andcannotbetakeninadvance,orconvertedintocashbenefit,ortobetakenseparately.Anemployeeapplyingformartialleavewhohasbeenmarriedbeforeisentitledto3daysmarriageleave.
7.7丧假
7.7BereavementLeave
员工因直系家庭成员(配偶、本人及配偶的父母、子女、祖父母、外祖父母、兄弟姐妹)亡故,可申请3天
带薪丧假;非直系家庭成员,可申请1天带薪丧假。
员工申请丧假时必须提供死亡证明及亲属关系证明的原件,人力资源部留存复印件。
Whenanemployeelosesoneofhis/herimmediatefamilymember(spouse,parents,spouse'sparents,children,grandparents,materialgrandparentsorsiblings),theymayapplyforthreedayspaidbereavementleave.Forthelossofoneofthenon-immediatefamilymembers,theycanapplyforonedaypaidbereavementleave.
对于路途较远的员工(不包含本市),公司会给予一天的带薪路途假。
Therewillbe1dayleavegrantedforstaffthatlivesoutsidethecitywheretheofficeislocated.
员工丧假结束返岗工作后,需在五个工作日内提交政府相关单位核发的证明文件(户口本等);
Insuchcasesdocumentationissuedbythegovernmentaldepartment(likeHouseholdRegister)isrequiredtobesubmittedwithin5workingdaysaftertheemployeereturnstowork.
丧假是带薪假期。

7.8生育假期
7.8Maternityleave
女员工产检(围产)假
Prenatal-CheckLeaveforFemaleEmployees
女员工怀孕后可申请产检假,7个月以前每个月可申请1天,7个月以后每个月可申请2天,产检假为带薪假,需提供正规医疗机构的产检证明。
Expectantfemaleemployeesmayapplyforprenatalcheckupleave.Employeeswithin1-7monthsoftheirpregnancywillbeentitledto1dayleavepermonth.Forthoseover7monthsofpregnancy,2daysofprenatal-checkleavewillbegranted.Theprenatal-checkleaveisapaidvocationandthecheck-upmedicalrecordsbyauthorizedmedicalinstitutionsarerequired.
女员工享有连续98天的带薪产假(产前15天,产后83天),晚育(已婚妇女年满二十四周岁初育的为晚育)女方增加30天,难产的女员工有额外的15天产假。
多胞胎的员工,每多一胎增加15天。
