Pavelhadthiswonderfulideaforhelpinganimalswhenhisfamilylostoneoftheirownpets.Healsobegantogrowconcernedoverthesituationofstrayanimalswanderinginthecity.Hefeltitwashisdutytohelp,whichresultedinaprojectcalled“KindPaintbrush”.ItwassetupbyPavelandhismother.Theprojectstartedasawaytohonorthememoryoftheirpet,buthassinceevolvedintoadistinctivewayofhelpinganimals.Onlyoneanimalshelter,housingover100dogs,existsinthelocalarea,andPavelisitsyoungestvolunteer.Tosupporttheshelter,Paveldrawsimagesofrealpetsandinreturn,heispaidwithanimalfoodandotherneedsoftheshelter.

Thisisn’teventhefirsttimethatmotherandsonhavevolunteeredtheirtimetoaworthyendeavor.Theyworkontheirowntimeandeffort,withnosupportfromotherorganizations.Theyaresimplymotivatedbytheirempathy,hugeheart,andwillingnesstousetheirskillsforhelpinganimals.

ThisstimulatingprojecthasalreadygrownbeyondArzamascity.Pavelhasbecomequiteasensation,particularlyamonganimalloversinRussiawhohavebeenintouchtohaveportraitsoftheirpetsmade.Requestsforpaintingsoftheirpetshavealsocomefromabroad,suchasSpainandGermany.
