Overviewofstampingdie

Stampingdie-inthecoldstamping,material(metalornon-metallic)processedintoparts(orsemi-finished)aspecialprocessequipment,calledcoldstampingdie(commonlyknownascolddie).Punching-isatroomtemperature,theuseofamoldmountedonthepresstoexertpressureonthematerial,toproduceaseparationorplasticdeformation,therebyobtainingapressureprocessingmethodoftherequiredparts.

Stampingdieintheformofmany,thegeneralcategoriesaccordingtothefollowingmainfeatures:

1.Classificationunderthecraftnature

(1)Diealongtheclosedoropencontourthematerialarederivedfrommold.Ifblankingdie,punchdie,cutoffthemold,cutmode,cuttingmode,splitmode,etc..

(2)bendingmodetoblankorblanksheetalongastraightline(curvedline)tobend,deform,andthusobtainacertainangleandshapeoftheworkpieceinthemold.

(3)Thedrawingdieismadeoftheblanksheetopeninghollow,orhollowpiecesoffurtherchangestotheshapeandsizeofthemold.

(4)Dieroughorsemi-finishedworkpieceisconvexaccordingtoplan,directcopytheshapeofthedieshape,thematerialitself,generateonlylocalplasticdeformationofthemold.Suchasthebulgingmode,reducingthedie,expansiondie,formingdierolling,flangingmold,plasticmold.

2.Positioningpartspositioningpartistodeterminethelocationofthepartsinstalledblank,therearepins(board),gaugepin(plate),leadissold,guideplate,knifesetfromtheside,sidepressureetc..

Designshouldbeconsideredwhenpositioningpartseasytooperateandshouldnothavehadorientation,locationtofacilitateobservation,preferablyintheforwardposition,contouringtocorrectthepinlocationandpositioning.

3.Binder,unloadinganddischargingpartsbindercomponentsareblankholder,binderboard.
