Abstract—Thispaperproposessingularspectrumanalysis（SSA）-basedfeatureextractionmethodsforunmannedaerialvehicle（UAV）acousticvibrationdatapreprocessing.Themethodiseasytoimplementandsignalfeatureisnoiseimmune.SSAisusedforthedecompositionoftheUAVFluttersignalintoanadditivesetofprincipalcomponents.Anewuniversalapproachforselectionoftheprincipalcomponentsispresented.Theprincipalcomponentsarethenselectedastheintrinsicfeatures.TheexperimentalresultshowsthattheSSAapproachiseffectiveforpreprocessingtheUAVacousticvibrationtestdataandaconclusioncanbemadethattheproposedSSAmethodmayhaveagoodeffectoneliminatingthenoiseinterferenceofnon-stationarysignals.

A.ReviewStage

Pleasecheckwithyoureditoronwhethertosubmityourmanuscriptbyhardcopyorelectronicallyforreview.Ifhardcopy,submitphotocopiessuchthatonlyonecolumnappearsperpage.Thiswillgiveyourrefereesplentyofroomtowritecomments.Sendthenumberofcopiesspecifiedbyyoureditor（typicallyfour）.Ifsubmittedelectronically,findoutifyoureditorpreferssubmissionsondiskorase-mailattachments.
