顺丰速运有限公司运营管理现状和分析

摘要

随着我国改革开放的不断深入，物流的重要性日趋突出，已成为我国经济中的重要分支和著名的第三利润源。

而物流业务中对货物快速运抵及门到门的要求也越来越高，根据国外物流发展经验，结合我国自身的国情，我国的快递业由此产生。

快递业的发展对我国的国民经济增长及物流业发展起到极大的推动作用，提高了就业水平，并且分流了邮政业务的部分压力，促进了市场的竞争，而其自身也得到了空前的大繁荣。

顺丰速运一直本着“成就客户，推动经济，发展民族速递业”的经营理念，积极探索客户需求，不断推出新的服务项目，为客户提供快速、安全的产品流通渠道，同时，帮助客户缩短贸易周期，降低经营成本，提高产品竞争力等，使客户能更快、更好地对市场做出反应，但是应对快速变化的市场，通过调研发现，顺丰快递也存在着一定的问题。

本文通过分析研究我国快递行业明星企业——顺丰速运（集团）有限公司的快递业务来阐述我国快递业的发展繁荣的现状，揭示快递业发展中所存在的一些问题，为了使快递行业更好地发展，对顺丰快递进行了发展现状及对策的分析并提出自己的建议并尝试根据所学的物流知识提出解决方案。

AlongwiththedeepeningofChina'sreformandopeningup,theimportanceoflogisticsbecomesmoreandmoreprominent,hasbecomeanimportantbranchintheeconomyofourcountryandthefamousthirdprofitsource.Whilethedemandforgoodsdeliveredanddoortodoorlogisticsserviceisalsomoreandmorehigh,accordingtotheforeignlogisticsdevelopmentexperience,combinedwithChina'sownnationalconditions,China'sexpressindustryresulting.Thedevelopmentofthenationaleconomicgrowthandthelogisticsindustrydevelopmentofourcountryoftheexpressindustryhasplayedagreatroleinpromoting,improvethelevelofemployment,partofthepressureandthediversionofpostalservices,promotecompetitioninthemarket,butitsalsogotanunprecedentedprosperity.SFEXPRESShasbeenthespiritof"customersuccess,topromoteeconomicdevelopment,NationalExpressservice"businessphilosophy,andactivelyexplorecustomerneeds,andconstantlyintroducenewservices,toprovidefast,safeproductscirculationchannel,forcustomersatthesametime,helpcustomerstoshortenthetradecycle,reduceoperatingcosts,improveproductcompetitiveness,sothatcustomerscanfaster,tobetterrespondtothemarket,buttheresponsetotherapidlychangingmarket,foundthroughresearch,SFexpressalsoexistcertainproblems.
